Circus family

Darnell's Pov:

" Darnell can you believe I'm in this movie!?" Zendaya asked me as we walking into the set building for the first time ever, and to be honest it was absolutely amazing... it looked exactly like a circus, just with out the animals.

I didn't know much about the movie, Daya wanted to surprise the family and i as much as she could with the trailers, though me being her Assistant and everything ill see much more then the Fam, back home.

" i got to admit Z... this is really awesome." i replied to her ginning.

Zendaya nodded as we looked around, walking over to a man, we both know as, Michael Gracey, " i just not sure how I'm going to be on these trapeze rigs instead of my practice ones..." she said as she looked up at the much taller rigs, nervously.

" Zendaya!" Michael exclaimed smiling upon seeing us, " welcome to your new Circus home." he said as he gestured around.

" this is really amazing Michael!" Zendaya exclaimed back, her eye's wide and beaming, i knew she was really excited for this movie.

Michael chuckled, " yeah we really tried to make it like a real circus atmosphere." he smiled at her, before greeting me, shaking my hand.

" so whats today?" Daya asked smiling hugely.

" Today is just getting to know your cast and crew members." Michael answered grinning, " this movie is very family oriented, and i think everyone will be close."

Zendaya nodded, " well I'm sure ewe all will be!" she said grinning back.

" go on and mingle, i'm just making sure everything is set up for filming soon." Michael chuckled and shooed us away to go and meet everyone.

Daya and i laughed before waving and walked off, "hm... who first..." Zendaya thought out loud.

" Ohh you must be Zendaya!!" a woman exclaimed as she quickly came over to us, smiling hugely, " i've heard so much about you! your on fire!"

Zendaya laughed and shook the woman's hand, " yeah i'm Zendaya, it really nice to meet you... umm.. sorry what did you say your name was?" she asked as they pulled there hands away.

The lady went wide eyed, " ohh i am so sorry!" she said with a apologetic face, " I'm Keala, ill be playing Lettie!"

Zendaya beamed, " Ohh! your one of my Circus friends!! well I play Anne Wheeler!"

" your one of the trapeze siblings!" Keala said in Awe.

Zendaya nodded and grinned, " i am, though these rigs are much larger then my practice ones..."

Keala placed a gentle hand on Daya's shoulder and smiled, " your Zendaya, from what i heard about you, you kill at everything you do, so i know that once you get up there, you will be prefect at it." she assured her.

Zendaya smiled back, " Thank you so much Keala." she said appreciatively, before giving her a hug quickly.

" i can tell where gonna get along just fine." Keala chuckled as they pulled away.

" hey if our characters are friends, then why can't we?" Zendaya joked, " though your really amazing yourself."

Keala blushed, " Thank you." she nodded happily

" Ohh and this is Darnell! his my assistant but he is also my best friend and brother to me!" Daya introduced me, before Keala greeted me, as i followed, i must say i think she was going to be a great friend with us.

"Ohh you must meet the others!" Keala exclaimed to the two of us, " come with me!" she said quickly before gesturing for us to follow her, as she walked off.

Zendaya chuckled and followed as i did not far behind them, we walked though a large opening to see we where in like the back room of the circus building.

" Hugh!! i have the other Wheeler sibling you all should meet!" Keala called over to THE Hugh Jackman, who stood in a group talking to what I'm guess to be other cast members.

Hugh looked up, smiling, before seeing Zendaya and i, and smiled much bigger, as he stopped in front of the group, " I'm Hugh Jackman." he held his hand out to us, Zendaya took it looking a like starstruck, and i couldn't blame her i was too, before she let go and i shook it.

" I'm Zendaya, and next to me is my Assistant, best friend and brother to me!" she said happily, " its really nice to meet you Hugh"

" well its really nice to meet the two of you as well!" he said just as happy back, " ohh these are the other cast members." he said before introducing them all, as they all greeted Daya and i, as we greeted them back, " and we did have one more... but he forgot something in his car..." Hugh said as he looked around a bit before grinning.

" speck of the devil!" he chuckled, " ZAC!!" he called, looking behind Daya and i, we both turned to see Zac Efron, walking towards us, doing something on his phone.

Daya and i moved back so he could join the group, " sorry Hugh i had to message my brother back, what did you ca-" he begun, looking up from his phone smiling but was cut off, staring at Daya, looking mesmerised.

I looked at Daya to see her blushing, and looked down, tucking hair behind her ear a bit, i could see the others looking between the two and grinning, i stood there confused, why where they all looking like they knew something?

Zendaya finally looked up and stepped forward to Zac, " I'm Zendaya, ill be playing Anne Wheeler." she spoke up, as she held a hand out to him.

Zac blinked and cleared his throat, " I'm Zac." he said smiling at her and shook her hand, " ill be playing Philip Carlyle."

Zendaya smiled at him, " So your playing Philip!" she exclaimed with a 'Ohh!' face, " no one would tell me!"

"well no one would tell me who was playing Anne." Zac chuckled, " and trust me i asked as soon as i found out that she had been casted."

Zendaya nodded, " i did the same! but all everyone kept saying was that it was a surprise!" she exclaimed, rolling her eye's.

" they told me that too..." Zac agreed and rolled his eyes, " though i don't understand why..."

" I know!" Zendaya nodded at him.

" are you to down with your rant or...?" i asked them, making the two turn to the rest of us.

Daya laughed, " I'm so sorry i forgot where i was." she told us all amused at herself, " Ohh Zac this is Darnell, assistant, best friend and brother to me." she gestured to me, smiling before Zac greeted me, i did the same back.

" i think we will all get along just fine." Hugh chuckled at us all, we all smiled at him.

" where one big Circus family." Daya chuckled.

Zac grinned at her, " i think we will get along great." he spoke up, as he watched Daya talk with Keala happily, not to far from us.

Hugh placed a hand on his shoulder, " now that i can see." he chuckled at Zac.

I looked on confused, What was going on?
