Darnell's Pov:

" you think she's freaking out?" Zink asked everyone as we all waited for Daya to come out of her room, the music playing loudly from it.

I chuckled, " Daya is so freaking out, she's partly spent half the time working about what to wear."

" you think we should see if she need help?" Annabella asked us all.

Zink shook her head, " She will want to get ready herself."

" are you sure beca-" Kaylee was about to speck up but the music stopped, before we heard the door open and foot steps from down the hall.

Daya came into view, looking nervous as ever, with a light pink sink dress on, a matching throw, white shoes, minimal make up and her hair in a bun, " do-do - I look alright?" she asked us all, stumbling with the words a bit.

" you look Great Daya, don't be so nervous, you and Zac where best friends before all of this remember? " I told her with a reassuring smile.

She sighed and sat down next to us all, " I know.. I know..." she begun slowly, " but what if what those people are saying is true? what if I'm not good enough for Zac?" she asked us all, frowning.

I just looked at her before slapping her on the arm, " OW!" she exclaimed to me holding her arm, " what the actual fuck Darnell?"

" you need to not listen to those people! Zac loves you, thats all you need." I gripped her shoulders and turned her to me, looking straight into her eyes, " now your going to go on this date and your going show Zac he made the right chose in loving you, show off a bit."

" what do you mean by show off?" she asked me cautiously, " I ain't moving that fast on the first date."

I rolled my eyed at her, " I meant show him your boss side, Daya your a fierce woman, Zac loves you for you, so don't hold back, I know your where thing about it."

" what if I make a fool of my self?!" she exclaimed worried.

" where is our confident Daya gone?" I asked her raising an eye brow.

" she's on brake." Daya replied to me, wide eyed freaking out, " I have never been so nervous for a date!" she stood up and paced a bit, " but all those others I didn't feel the same as I do with Zac, I just want this one to last!"

I stood up and stopped her from pacing and looked her in the eyes, " what do you feel when your around Zac?" I asked her.

" wha- Darnell how is this meant to help me!?" she asked with a disbelief face on.

" what do you feel." I demanded her.

She looked at me oddly but sighed, " I feel happy, like I can take on the world and not let anything stand in my way, I get butterflies in my stomach, my heart pounds again my chest, as if its trying to get free and millions of thought and dreams come to my head, I think about he further and what we can be." she told me honestly.

" and how do you feel when he hugs you?" I asked, letting her shoulders go and smiled.

Zendaya smiled and shut her eyes, " Safe." she said immediately, before opening them, " and warm and loved, like his the other part of me I have been missing my whole life."

I grinned, " and you love him?" I asked.

" more then ever." she told me immediately and firmly, " Darnell I literally had a heart attack become of my love for him."

"then remember all of that when your out with him." I told her, pulling her into a hug, she hugged back back, " remember how you feel and I know you will be fine." I said before we pulled away.

" Thank you." she told me smiling, much more calm, before we heard a car pull up, making her grab my hand tightly, " so the next chapter of my life is Zac?" she asked me like a child.

I grinned, " that's your next chapters, behind that door is your future, what are you going to do about it?" I questioned her.

" Take it and never let it go." she told me determined as a knock came to the door, " let my future begin." she took a breath in and walked to the front door, letting go of my hand, she stopped in front of it and looked at us all.

" you got this." Kaz told his daughter.

" and we will be with you ever step of the way." Claire added smiling, " go for it baby girl."

Daya smiled back and opened the door, " Hey Zac." she greeted him, tucking some lose hairs behind her ear.

Zac looked at her in Awe, " you look gorgeous..." he breathed out, making Daya blush, " ohh these are for you." he pulled a bouquet of purple roses from behind his back.

Zendaya took them happily and gently, " you remembered these where my favourite." she said shocked, I understand though, the others she dated didn't remember at all.

" I remember everything you tell me, your to special not to." Zac replied to her smiling.

Zendaya looked at the flowered and smiled, placing them on the table beside the door, gently and hugged him, " thank you." she said to him, as she hugged him tightly, "not many people have remember it."

Zac hugged her back, smiling, " well those people are not worth you time, your to precious to not be remembered." he told her as they pulled away.

Zendaya giggled and looked down, blushing, Zac rolled his eyes and lifted her head, " I don't think a Queen should ever bow her head, her crown might fall and she's to pretty to not be seen."

" why do you keep calling me a queen?" she asked looking interested.

Zac chuckled, " because I think you are one, to me your my queen and I will do anything for her." he kissed her cheek softly, " lets get going Daya." he told her, just as soft and held his arm out to her.

Zendaya placed a hand on her cheek and smiled at him before nodding and wrapped a hold of his arm, " lets go."

Zac nodded to us all, looking at Kaz a little more, as if having a eye conversation, before nodding to him once more and walked Daya, out, who waved at us grinning, before closing the door behind them gently.

I quickly made my way to the window, the others following to see, Zac open the door for her, bowing jokingly, Zendaya laughed before jokingly curtsied back and got in, Zac holding her hand for support, before shutting the door behind her, walking around and got into the drivers seat.

Zendaya said something which made Zac laugh, as he turned on the car, he grabbed the wheel with his left hand and grabbed Daya's with his right, said something to her, which made her nod and smiled, he kissed her hand, before driving off, the both of them still talking and laughing.

" there cute together." Zink said smiling, " Your all right, she does seem her happiest with him."

" Zac's a good lad, he will take care of my baby girl." Kaz nodded and sighed a bit, " I can't believe I'm saying this but I think I approve of him..."
