Ida Martin loves the way her boyfriend smells. Like ocean and salty tears. She will never grow old of his scent. She'll never grow old of the feeling of his hair entangled in her fingers as he trails soft yet rough, passionate kisses on her chest. Both of them relishing in each other's touch. Grappling on like fish hooks for life, each other's life.

"God, you taste so good." He growled, biting her soft skin on her shoulder.

She moaned in response, tilting her head back, leaning into the shed wall.

"We can't do this...not here." She stuttered, crumbling grass in her fist.

He smirked, "Mm..I don't know..it's kinda romantic, right?" He asked, turning his head so it was inches away from her. Blue eyes locking with brown.

"Kiss me." She demanded and he obliged.

Harshly shoving his lips against hers with so much love and lust that it felt everlasting like a promise. And it was. Because just before they began moving each other's hips into the other, he told her he loved her. And she didn't care about anything else.

Because he loved her.

Ida Martin has been dating Caspian Lundby for two and a half years now. She told him she loved him on their second day. He only told her today how he felt. It spewed on a constant war between the two. Small hiatus' between the two years of their relationship, but they always end up apologizing and then makeout and then just never talking about their feelings. Just ignoring them until the next fight. But now, Ida doesn't think she'll ever be mad at Caspian again.

"I love you, Ida." He repeats for the second time that night, pecking another kiss against the corner of her lip before pulling his lips away, but still keeping close. Their mouths less than inches away.

"I love you too, Cas."

Caspian hastily unbuckled his belt and undid his jeans while Ida pulls her distorted dress over her neck.

Now, both naked and hungry for each other, they stare at the other. Waiting for the next move. Challenging for who can last the longest without touch.

Caspian loses when he all but jumps on Ida. She laughs in response but his face is stern and serious.

"You sure about this?" He asked, tucking her black short hair behind her soft skinned pink ear. He knows that she's a virgin and that she takes that part of her seriously. But he's eager to share his body with her, only if she's ready.

She nodded in response, pulling him closer by the waist. "Please." She whimpered, drawling her lip in between her teeth.

"Fuck, ades." He groaned, pushing himself into her finally.

They moan under the stars. Caspian was right. This is romantic. Despite the fact that their doing it in her backyard, it's nice making love under the blanketed night sky. The stars watching them with such curiosity.

"I love you." He says once more and she unravels under him. Watching her, he follows her lead.

Caspian threads his fingers in her bob haircut, massaging her scalp as his mouth devours hers. Tongues playing games with each other while they become one.

The sound of a faint laugh breaks them apart. Caspian retracts from Ida like she has a contagious disease. They both wince at the sudden pull out but the voice somewhere in the distance has them distracted.

"Put this on!" Caspian whispered, throwing his t-shirt at her.

She took ahold of it quickly, stumbling for the collar and shoving it over her head. It reached mid-thigh and for once in her life she's thankful for her short genes.

"Who is it?" Ida asked once Caspian pulled on his pants and belt. She can't help but pout that they weren't able to finish. She also wondered why they haven't done that sooner. It felt amazing.

He shrugged an 'I don't know', "About to find out." He mumbled, stepping towards Idas y'all wooden fence.

The house next door is vacant though, so it's pointless to look, Ida silently thought to herself as she watched Caspian near the fence.

He peaked his head over and quickly shoots back. "It's just your neighbors. Their having a bonfire." He reassured, taking gapped steps towards Ida.

"Neighbors? I don't have neighbors at that house." She said, slowly.

He snorted a laugh, "Seems you do, honey." He wrapped his arms around her waist, kissing her neck, sucking and biting. But Ida isn't paying attention.

That house does not have any guests. It's abandoned. Vacant. Empty. So why are people having a bonfire? And..laughing? Oh god, hopefully they didn't hear us. Ida thought, suddenly uncomfortable and cold in just Caspians shirt.

"Cas.." She breathed out, his hands dipping under his shirt and into her damp folds.

"Mm, baby." He said, his fingers dipping into her, slowly at first then pumping harshly, rough.

"Stop! S-stop!" She yelled, pushing his chest away.

His arms immediately detach from her body. "Woah! Are you okay? Ida, what's wrong, baby?" He purrs, sincerely looking hurt and maybe even angry.

"I'm sorry. I don't—we can't do this outside. People are right there." Ida pointed her finger somewhere behind her, toward the fence. Her arms crossing subconsciously over her body.

"Oh. Okay." He nodded, awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck. "That's fine. We can go inside." The eagerness returned to his eyes.

"Cas, no." She shook her head. "You should probably go home. I don't feel good." She added, eyeing her dress across the backyard.

He watched her for a moment of silence. His lips parted and eyes narrowed before he scoffed, "Fine." He said angrily, grabbing his shoes from the ground, shoving past Ida and to her door, "See ya!" He yelled on his way out.

"Love you too." She mumbled to no one.

She just stood there. Eyes now on the spot he once stood. The grass tracking his feet marks across the lawn. His scent lingering on the shirt she's wearing and suddenly she prefers being naked then smelling like him. He told her he loved her and the next minute he's a dick.

The laughter a few yards away floods the air she's breathing. It sounds so familiar. Oh god, she hopes it's not—it can't be. No. It's definitely not.
