Chapter 7 Part 1

Okayy so I just wanna start out by saying this chapter has 2 parts. This is part 1 and Part 2 I'll either do tonight or tomorrow :)

Andrea's POV

So, Kaelyn and Matt are official! Since Magcon Dallas is over, The guys are staying at are place during our break. Thank god. I couldn't imagine that Kaelyn and Matt JUST became official and they would go a month without each other, that's just sad.

Im so happy we got a break off this month because its perfect timing. Its June and thats the month we have our annual MCDE Recital.

We've been dancing with Miss Caroline for 15 years, and we're only 18.

This is a BIG deal. Also, we teach the younger kids and we've had substitutes come in to take our place during magcon and its really stressful.

I think this year will probably be craziest of all. We choreographed 4 routines that we have to run over since we've been gone for a month, and we have 5 changes and makeup fixes for our own numbers Miss Caroline choreographed.

But, dance is our life and were willing to do it all.

Kaelyn's POV

I always sing the national anthem every year, but I've never been this nervous before. 2 months ago I had to get surgery because my vocal chords were damaged.

Im practicing with Andrea and I keep messing up.

"Oh say can you see ba-yee", I sqeaked

"Oh kay, I don't know what were gonna do. Ooh, what about Ariana from our competition class? She sings! and-" I cut her off

"But I would hate to put all that pressure on her. The first time I sang for Miss Caroline, I was 11 and I could feel myself shaking on stage. My mom kept telling me to come down an octive but I had no control and I messed up twice. The nation anthem is one of the hardest songs to sing in the world and I don't think its fair to give her 1 week to do it", I said

"I remember that...", said Andrea

"I know. Well see if I can try this year without any problems. Just, keep practicing"

It was late, I decided to go to bed.

*SKIPS MORNING AND PLANE RIDE*

Matt's POV

Were Here! NEW YORKKK

"Are you excited?", said Kaelyn

"Yeah" I said

We took a cab to Andrea and Kaelyn's house. Some of the guys are with us and the others are still waiting for a cab at the airport and should be here in an hour.

"The Recital is tomorrow but today is dress rehearsal. Uhh Matt, Kian, Guys...You can do whatever you want for an hour. Watch a Movie, Whatever. But uh we have to put our shit in a bag and get ready ok?", said Andrea

We all Nodded.

"Oh and you guys can put your bags in the corner and when we come back we'll find a place for them", said Kaelyn

They went upstairs and Kian spoke up

"This happens a lot...haha...but there's movies over here"

"We have 21 Jump street, Frozen,-"I cut him off

"FROZEN!!!!!!!!", I whisper yelled

"YAAAAASSSSS" said Cameron

I put the movie in and we began to watch it.

Andrea's POV

~1 hour later~

We put all our makeup and costumes in our bags and got ready. Before we rehearse our numbers, We go over with the little one's so we threw on comfy stuff.
