i climbed out of my taxi, smacking my head on the door as i exited.

"ouch!"

"careful, miss."

the man said to me as he handed me my large suitcase.

i nodded in return and took the luggage, pulling out the drag handle.

"is that it, miss?"

the man asked me.

"yes, thank you!"

"it was my pleasure. have a good trip!"

he exclaimed before rolling up his window and speeding away.

well he was nice.

i smiled to myself before turning around to face the large, mansion like airport.

i squealed and did a little dance before walking down the concrete sidewalk to the tall glass door.

i swung it open, letting the rush of air flow through my hair.

i looked around, admiring the decor.

people immediately were rushing around me, going to their planes.

i slowed my pace, walking across the tile floor.

"flight b 46, taking off in fifteen minutes."

the intercom boomed through my ears.

i held my head in pain.

my eyes widened as i had realized that my plane was leaving in fifteen minutes.

meaning i have ten minutes to get into the plane and sit down.

i began to run, holding my hat with my free hand to keep it from flying off my head.

i ran to the check in.

i clicked away at the screen.

i quickly typed in my pin and signed it off until the screen said 'your ticket is certified!'.

i nodded at my speed and snapped out of it after realizing i had five minutes to get my luggage on.

i ran to the luggage station, putting my ticket code on the handle, as told.

i basically threw the thirty- five pound suitcase onto the panel.

once secured, i began to run to the boarding center.

on my way there i spotted a boy across the way running as well.

it was then, that i realized i looked like a complete maniac.

i ignored this concept and continued running.
