Months past since shadow had gotten scarlett and everything became a regular schedual. Shadow kept getting up around lunch, scarlettvstealing shadows food, Scarlett being a crybaby when shadow was gone, watching a movie around midnight and silver getting beat up by color for making Scarlett yell and cry. But today had a different routine. (You can say that again) tails came rushing threw thebkithen door and grabbed Scarlett. "Heyvwt aevyou doing!" Shadow yelled. "CHAO!" Scarlett yelled. Tails didn't reply, he measured her size and took her pulse and lookedvata the color of her eyes. Then hevstrted checking shadow. Shadow was just dying to punch him. But color would beat the crap out of him and dress him up in a pink dress or turn him into her "fluffy puppy and force to take a bubbles bath. Tail left half ad hour later. "What was that about?" Shadow asked. Everyone just raised their shouldersnd shoke their heads. They continued eating. Shadow looked at Scarlett for a long time. Why was she so small and why did her egg shell turn red and black when he touched it. So many questions rush threw his head. They were all interrupted when tails came yrllig. (Yeah telling look what found look what I found) tails rushed to shadow holding an old book.(yeah like 1000 years old.) "Shadow look at this!" Tails said repeatatly until he reached shadow. "Looks at what tails?" Shadow asked. Tails held up the book. "Read it!" Tails replied and handed the book to Shadow. "What does it say Shadow? Read it out loud!" Color exclaimed with curiosity. "OK." Shadow said. Shadow pt he book in an angle he could read. "In 1000 years..." (ha! I was right!) Will you be quiet, I'm trying to tell a story!(no.) "Leon will return to take the world under his command once more. But here will be a hero to stop him . But the hero will have Leon's weakness. In this case, it will be the storage new creature we have discovered. The chao. To defeat the monstrosity that is to come the hero must have the small chao. Our prediction of the next hero is to be dark hedgehog with a heart of gold." Shadow had finished reading. "Turn the page. I nearly fainted hen I saw it." Tails said. (He never nearly fainted, he just froze in place for like 2 seconds before h went down screaming.) Shadow turned the page and froze at what he saw. Cope was to taken by curiosity that she took the book from Shadow ad looked at the page. "Hey look, its a picture of shadow. But t looks old." Color said not surprised. " SAY WHAT!!!!" Everyone said in shock. "Scarlett led go back to the room to see if this was all a dream." Shadow said. Scarlett looked at Shadow, ad then looked at her food. She grabbed it all and flew up to Shadow. "Chao. Shadow." She said and continued to eat her food. Scarlet wen over to color to say goodbye for now. She lookedbt the book and saw the picture of Shadow. "Papa! Chao!" She said an ripped he page out of he book. The next picture she saw was picture of sonic labeled Leon. But the picture was a darker band bloodier. "Chao scary!" She screamed and flew to Shadow as fast as she could. "Hey its OK, its just a picture." Shadow said. Color looked at the picture that shared Scarlett. "Hey its sonic. But it looks way creepy." Color said. No one heard her though. Thy were to busy trying to comfort Scarlett. Shadow took he to his room for her to take a nap. Sonic followed Shadow. "When I do something good or important, no one listens to me.
Upstairs was a nice peaceful place for Scarlett, if sonic wasn't there. Scarlett kept throwing chaos spears at him. "Scarlett stop it!" Shadow yelled at her. She only showed him her tongue and did a chaos blast. The chaos blast destroyed the entire room and a bit of the hallway. ( nokiiding. she almost destroyed me. I don't want to explain to the sonic team why I've been spying on them. Heck not even rouge knows.) Scarlett looked at the room and got scared. She looked at shadow (which was the only one who didn't faint.) and began to cry. "Papa. PaPa chao." She said and flew out of the room. Shadow ran after her and immidietlg grabbed her do she wouldn't fly away again. Scarlett struggled to get away from shadow. Scarlett was very aired. "Calm down Scarlett. Nothing bads gonna happen." He said. Scarlett calmed down and within an hour, she was asleep.
