  I couldn't sense anything for a solid 3 seconds.

I opened my eyes as my senses returned. I was kneeling on my bedroom floor, knife in hand, an all too familiar scene.

"I'm back." I whispered to myself in relief. I took a second to look at my knife before the bedroom door slid open.

I looked up to see Lance standing there, looking at me.

"Keith," Lance started,"What are you doing?" He looked at the knife in my hands.

I couldn't help but stare at him. I dropped the knife and got to my feet. I didn't give myself time to think before I found myself wrapping my arms round him.

"Hey, man," Lance hesitantly hugged back,"You alright?"

"I've missed you so much." I hugged him tighter.

"You're acting like you haven't seen me in ages." Lance laughed shyly.

I pulled back from the hug to look at him.

"You have no idea." I then noticed I was crying.

"Seriously, are you okay?" Lance looked genuinely concerned.

"I'm great!" I smiled, hugging Lance once again just to pull away again to speak,"Oh my god, or gods, I-I fucking became friends with a god today... tomorrow?" I mumbled.

"I have no clue what your talking about. Did something happen?" Lance was confused.

"Oh-ho, shit sure happened, man." I laughed.

"You're acting weird, Keith." Lance continued to be concerned.

"I know!" I shouted, confused myself.

I grabbed Lances hands and smiled at him.

"Holy fuck I can't believe how much I missed you." I tried to suppress my laugh.

"It's only been like half of a Varga since we saw each other last."

"It's been longer, trust me."

"Alright, if you insist."

Just then I noticed how red Lances face was.

Was it this red a second ago? How long was he like this? I thought to myself.

We prolonged eye-contact, not realising how close we had leaned towards each other before I stepped back in realisation.

"Where's the rest of the team?" I questioned.

"They're out in the lounge." Lance answered.

I ran out the door, letting go of Lances hands but he followed close behind.

"Shiro!" I shouted as I entered the lounge,"Holy fuck! Guys get over here now."

I guessed I seemed aggressive as they all walked over to me seemingly concerned.

"What's wrong?" Allura asked.

I smiled slightly and started to cry once again.

"I missed you guys." I sighed,"I can't explain it but let's just say it's been a long fucking day."

I looked at Shiro and I could see it in his eyes, he changed. He was different from when I first left. He seemed more like Shiro.

"What happened?" Shiro asked, concern spreading across his face.

"You wouldn't believe me, but I had quite a fucking experience and I think I'm friends with a god and his three-headed dog." I let out.

"Hades, of course. Dark and brooding just like him." Pidge laughed.
