When i look at you i see Beauty, Grace and Talent
But everytime i look in the mirror all i see is disappointment
Im happy for you and all your achievements
But my heart breaks everytime i see or hear them giving you compliments
Jealous? Yes i am but i dont want to
I shouldnt because I Love You
The warm smiles, the compliments, and the recognitions; i wish to have them too
But i know all too well wouldnt because i wasnt you
They said i should be contented
And i know that wanting some recognition is too much
But what you had achieved and are achieving was also a dream i never shared with anyone
Because i was and still am afraid to be mocked by wanting something thats beyond my abilities
Everytime i see you, i feel so disappointed with myself
Cause you represent the dreams i could never reach
My world comes crashing down whenever i hear your beautiful voice and see your beautiful face
I couldnt hate you because i love you way too much
But youre the Epitome of what i wanted to but can never be.
