Yu's POV
I stared at the girl with long braids flying behind her back. Sakuno was her name, right? I shrugged to myself as Ryoma asked for directions. All I caught was 'South Gate' before tuning her out. I'm bored!!!! "Come on Yu! We're going to be late." Ryoma said tugging my hand.
GOMENSAI BUT I MUST TIME SKIP
Ryoma's POV
Yu's hand felt warm in mine. It was much softer then I thought it would be. Even though he's a boy, his hand felt right in mine. Turns out that girl gave us the wrong directions and I was disqualified by five minutes. Right now, Yu and I are laying down watching the clouds. A girl with long braids stopped in front of us.
"I'm sorry about giving you the wrong directions. Were you late?" She asked apologetically.
"Disqualified by five minutes. Did you come here to cause more trouble?" I replied bluntly.
Yu smacked my arm. "Ignore him. He's just ticked off because he got disqualified." Yu said to the girl with a laugh. "Ryoma, be nice."
"I'm thirsty." I stated.
"I'll get some drinks!" The girl said running to the Ponta machine. She doesn't have any money. I guessed seeing her embarrassed expression.
"Sorry, I have no money for drinks." She mumbled as I handed her one. I looked at Yu raising my eyebrow in a silent question. Do you want some? He snorted and pointed to his mask. I shrugged in reply. What was with that mask? Maybe I should ask him. I sipped on my Grape Ponta in deep thought.
"Hey look its the little shrimp!" Just my luck its the head monkey. Troublesome.
"Looks like he lost so now he's leaving!" The head monkey's girlfriend snickered.
I saw a racket move towards my face but made no move to stop it, a bit surprised to see it stop suddenly.
"Do it." Yu said. "I dare ya." I turned around to see Yu giving him an S-Class glare. Head Monkey stiffened for a moment then played it off.
"Can't even protect yourself. Don't think you can teach me tennis! Or beat me that is!" He shouted pushing past the girl causing her to spill nice on him.
"Ahh!"
"You little shit! Now I'm all sticky. Unlike this little boy I have matches!"
Little boy, eh? We'll see.
"Did you learn the grip yet?" I taunted. Head monkey turned around surprised. "If you didn't I'll teach you a move or two."
Yu's POV
"Hey Ryo! If win I'll let you come to my house." I said. He smirked.
"Alright Saturday good for you? I'll stop by around 3 o'clock." We shook and I went to go sit down.
I can hear that stupid monkey shouting from here. Ugh. I hoped to sleep too.
"Ryo-kun," I called down to the courts. Ryoma looked up at me.
"Shut him up." I said bluntly. With a smirk, he nodded.
TOO LAZY TO WRITE MATCH...
I can't believe he won. Wait, no that's a lie. As soon as he got on the court I knew he was going to win. His opponent was too cocky. Stupid monkey. Now I'm going to show him my house. Oh well.
"Good job Ryo-kun." I said with a nod. Its a bit impressive that he could do the Twist Serve... And hilarious. But my tennis is way better then his. No offense to him.
"So this Saturday, Yu-kun?" Ryoma taunted. I smirked. Very funny.
"Of course. I never back down from a bet and you are curious about me. Aren't you?" I replied walking away.
Ryoma's POV
I smirked as I saw him walk away. I'm so close to learning something about him.
