Chapter 4: A sick pidgey!

I woke up to a sound a cry it sounded like a pokèmon so I took my bag and set out my apom to help me out we look all around the room I did not see any pokèmon, so I went outside to see a pidgey crying its left wing was stuck in the bench it was so helpless and poor. So I tried taking his stuck wings out of the bench but it feels scared like it saw a houndoom or something. So I convinced it that it I am a good guy. Apom helps me take the wing out after we took it out the pidgey tried to fly away but couldn't so apom carried it on his back and we took it to our room. Apom laid him down on the bed. I wrapped its wings with bandage so it would heal faster then took it to the pokè center.

A few hours later nurse joy came out the door and told me that the pidgey had fever and it needs to stay overnight. So I thanked her for taking care of pidgey ( but where am I gonna get my money for the admission fee) I thought to myself. So I asked her if I can pay tomorrow. Luckily she said yes, so it took me all night to think how to get that money for pidgey. Then I had the feeling that there was a light bulb on my head. I thought that if I and apom would think of tricks then ask people for money I would earn enough money maybe more to pay for pidgeys fee.

The next morning me and apom took out we performed tricks, luckily a man asked us why we were doing this; I told him that we were doing it for pidgey. He was a rich and young man . Not to mention he gave us more than we need i tried to give it back but he said keep it. I paid for pidgey then took him out. The pidgey was better than ever he wasn't scared of me anymore. I released pidgey, a tear came out of my eye I sure would miss pidgey even though we only had a short time. I hope pidgey would remember, even apom cried.

Moving on before pidgey flew away I tied the necklace I got from my mom it was the half of it, so that I would remember what it looks like. I thanked nurse joy and went on with my journey. I asked some people for directions to the nearest gym. It looks like its at pewter city, I think I've heard of that city before on earth. Oh its the first gym of Kanto brocks gym thats right its brocks gym.

I tried to gather some more stuff for my journey. Then I went on to my journey to viridian forest there I saw a weird bug catcher who was training his caterpie and weedles. Then he looked me in the eye, he was challenging me I tried to back but he told me, once a trainer challenges you never can you back down. I accepted it because there was nothing i could do. I was outnumber he had a weedle and a caterpie. He sent out caterpie first I easily defeated it with apoms slap . The next one was a weedle, the weedle used poison sting it poisoned my apom. Apom was hurt but still he tackled the weedle still stand once again he used poison sting . Alas it missed apom had the chance to attack so he used slap. Finally the weedle fainted. Apom was still hurt by the poison, the bug catcher gave me an antidote, how kind of him. So I was careful enough to dodge the other bug trainers. So I was back on track to my journey
