Again, I decided to spend thirty minutes sitting on the bench, staring at the dark gray sky, feeling the deafening silence of the night and even the melancholy it brings.
I looked down for a second then stared again at the brightest visible star in the sky. It amazingly shines. I felt the urge to reach it but I know--- I couldn't. It was quite impossible. I closed my eyes for a little while. I felt a drop of tear feel from my eyes.
Like the other nights, I began reminiscing eight years ago.
Our short yet promising moment of seemed-to- be infinite love that I thought impossible to end. A moment which made me believe with a "happily ever after". But with a blink of an eye, everything's gone.
One gray night
And on the crown one stood out
And it was you
Who made my heart skip a beat
I studied the way he moves, the way he talks, the way he smiles and his ever mysterious stare. His green shirt suits him well. His white earphones on his ears, made him looked cool and awesome and irresistibly handsome. I felt butterflies in my stomach.
"Everybody position!" I heard the emcee shouted on the microphone. It was a sign that the race will definitely begin. "Ready---get set---go!" Everybody began to run.
I would run as fast as I could

During the run, I tried to find him but unfortunately, I saw no one, even his shadows. After that night, I felt hopeless to see a glimpse of him for one last time.
I guess, it was love at sight, well at least I believed in that kind of stuff. I never did before but alas! I do believe in it now. But then, one month had passed, still, I wasn't able to see his beautiful face again and even his name.

Months passed by so quickly, I myself was still drowned with what I feel for that handsome stranger.
Fate is really great. Unexpectedly, I finally saw the mysterious guy in green. We accidentally met. He shared table with me one Monday noon in the school cafeteria. I learned that his name's Edward. We became friends and more than friends as time passed by.
