Sharmishta Bose: mother to twin daughters Swara and Tara, but only Tara lives with her. She is an independent woman blinded by the love of Shekhar Gadodia for whom she divorced her first husband and due to divorce agreement had to give one daughter to her ex husband.

She is the most wicked, ruthless, emotionless devil and is a very closed off person. She is the CEO of Raichand Industries and one of the leading business tycoons at a mere age of 25.She is dedicated to her father Daksh hates her mother and Shekhar Gadodia. She is like "MESS WITH ME FINE. MESS WITH MY FAMILY OR BUSINESS YOU ARE SO DEAD"
