Little Red Riding Hood ( Nsfw )

It was winter, the time when earth grew infertile and barren.Mikaela's stomach growled as he riffled through the forest, tearing and breaking branches of dead trees and shrubs as he passed through the woodland. It was chiefly covered with snow, the cold but soft material which made it extremely hard for the wolf to find his next meal. 

After a few more steps he paused. A scent had tickled the tip of his nose as he immediately caught it. He started moving again as he caught the drift of the smell. It seemed to be slowly moving farther but the wolf had already found its source.

He climbed to the top of a large boulder peering down on where is nose had lead him. As he scanned the area looking for the treasure of his little quest. Then in the corner of his eye, a red cape along with a purple one flowing in the cold winter wind appeared.

Mikaela immediately recognized the capes. He bared his teeth as his gaze focused on the purple cape.

💖Flashback 

" Get back, monster! " A feminine voice screamed. Her purple hair blew in the wind as she took out a pocket knife. A little boy with raven-hair stood behind her, pulling his hood over his head. At the time it was spring, and Mika had been a mere pup but he was pretty huge for one which made him a potential threat. He had only wanted a piece of what was in this basket.

She stepped closer as the pup whimpered in fear backing away. His hairs bristled when he heard a branch crack from behind him. He saw the girl's gaze averting to something behind him. She started backing away with a startled expression on her face as growling rang from behind Mika.

" Mother! " Mikaela perked up running behind her. The wolf's state didn't change as she kept coming closer and closer to the two. Shinoa put away her pocket knife and grabbed Yuu as they started off for his grandma's.

She turned back to her pup softening her gaze, hiding her canines. Then she proceeded to groom Mikaela checking for any cuts or bruises from those filthy humans. " Krul! We need to get moving the hunters are near! " A howl was heard.  Krul howled back in understandment picking her pup up by his scruff running off.

💖 End of Flashback

His fur bristled in anger as figments of the icy wind blew in his face. He started descending from the hill of rocks

Yuichiro and Shinoa were talking about how close their families had grown. Yuichiro was now taller than Shinoa being 5, 5 feet while she remained about the same height as their last encounter with the wolf. " When we get to my grandmas, we can have tea and all the scones we want! " He smiled cheerfully.

Shinoa gave a small smile in response. She loved traveling with him each year to his grandmother's house, a nice stroll in the icy timberland with her best friend. Yuichiro stopped as he heard crackling and rustling in the distance.

When he turned around nothing was there but the snowflakes that filled the air and the darkness that covered the sky. " Yuichiro is something wrong? " Shinoa asked taking her hood off her head turning in his direction. 

" Nothing is wrong, I just thought I heard something. " He raised an eyebrow as he eyes darted across the snow. Shinoa yawned looking over to the cave that they would sleep in every season they came around. " Yuichiro, we're halfway there, let's set up camp there shall we? " She suggested walking over to the cave.

The cave was spacy and covered with vines and shrubbery on the inside. Shinoa pushed the long drapey vines out of the way as they entered the cave. Shinoa set down her basket as well did Yuu. She took out some flint and iron but then shuffled through her bag as she gave a frown.
