CHAPTER 2⃣9⃣

I huffed, " Ok... here's what really happened... with the plan..."

I was scared to tell her what happened, technically I was forced to follow through with the plan other wise this would've never happened. I regretted my actions in the past, I didn't want her to leave me. It will cause her great pain after she hears.

She looked at me impatiently, if only jacka$$ Jackson didn't say anything I would've been able to get away with it. I will have a word with him after this.

Ryder, " Just tell her." he whimpered. He was also in the plan, it pained him to be forced.

FLASHBACK

We were in the mountains, there was a cave at the top all the wolves prepared for battle. I was 6 years old, i was a rogue, and I turned earlier than most wolves I was an Alpha soon to be. My father was in his tent, with his warriors preparing for battle.

Mom, " Sammy." She called to me. I skipped to her she scooped me up and carried into the tent where father stood with the war map.

Father ( Gunshot), " Samuel. When we attack we suspect that someone will take the baby out of there, when they do you go after them. You don't stop until we are done and we follow you. Understand?" he looked at me.

Me, " Yes father."

Father smiled, " That's my son! Allison, my darling, you will stay close to me. When you see Sam running to the baby, you run after him, but don't be noticed." Allison was my moms name. He hugged us tightly, " Don't worry, when this is over, we will have all the power in the world. I promise."

We took our stations, I snuck in the cave and hugged the rocks on the ceiling trying not to fall. The inside of the cave was decorated in flowers, jewelry, rubies, diamonds you name it. It was truly beautiful. I saw a woman, in a dress like a Queen sitting on a throne with a baby in her arms.

Next to her was a boy about 6 like me, he was laughing. They looked like a happy family, I finally got a good look at the baby and my breath stopped. It was cute, brown hair and blue crystal eyes shining looking at me smiling. I felt drawn to it like something inside of me wanted to hold the baby in my arms.

Then there was an explosion at the entrance of the cave that shook the whole room like an earthquake. The woman wrapped the baby in a blanket, kissed the forehead and handed it to the boy who hugged her. Just as my fathers men stormed in the cave the boy climbed the rocks and left through a secret entrance.

I was too stunned to move, I just stared at the woman who held a staff in her hand and began chanting spells. Fathers warriors surrounded her and tried to strike but were only blown to pieces. I came back to earth and realized that I was supposed to go after the boy, I went out the secret entrance but looked back.

I got one last glance at the woman, her hair flowed around her and her eyes were glowing gold. The cave began to shake and I raced out of there. I ran sniffing the boys scent, I found him a few twists and turns later. The boy was fast, clutching the baby to his chest like his life depended on it.

I soon caught up with the boy and tackled him down into the dirt. The baby rolled in the ground, crying. I picked up the baby and was about to run to my father when I made eye contact with her. She stopped crying, her tiny hand reached out and touched my cheek.

She smiled at me, her eyes begging me to let her go. The boy got up and saw what was going on. 'I can't hurt this baby' I thought to my self. So I handed the girl back to the boy. His eyes wide.

Boy, " Thank you. I'm Ace. Your not going to follow us?"

I shook my head, " No. I'm going to help you."

Ace, " Thank you."

I smiled, " Go. I'll distract them. Go!" He sprinted away, I watched him leave, I smiled as the girl waved her little hand.

I walked back to my fathers camp, my father waited at the tent with his arms crossed. He had cuts and bruises all over his body, there was only about 15 men that made it.

Father, " Sam. Did you kill her?"

I looked down guilty, " No father."

Father slapped me across the face, " SAMUEL JACE STRIKE! YOU RUINED THE PLAN! THE PLAN WAS SIMPLE, FIND THE GIRL, AND KILL HER!"

Me, " I'm sorry father... where's mommy?"

Father pursed his lips, " She's dead... because of you."

END OF FLASHBACK

I finished telling her the whole story, I realized that I had tears in my eyes.

Alyssa, " Sam... I'm so sorry for what happened." She sat next to me.

I sniffled, " My dad disowned me after that, he went psycho. He still took care of me, but he kicked me out when I was 15. So I started a new pack which turned into the biggest pack yet."

Aly rubbed my arm, " Im sorry about your past..."

I snarled, " No! I'm sorry about your past. I was the reason everything changed, all because I fell in love with you. It was worth it, worth falling in love with you."

Aly, " You really do love me."

I grabbed her waist pulling her on my lap, " Alyssa... I love you more than anything. After your brother took you, all I thought about was you as a baby wondering if you made it. I wanted to find you but my father wanted me to be mated with one of his followers. When he found out that you and I were mates, he took it to his advantage... he wanted me to break your heart, reject you, hoping that you would run away and get lost. But I couldn't let you fall into his trap, that's why I sent Jackson to bring you back but I didn't think you would fall for him." She blushed, " Gunshot was furious that, again I didn't go with the plan again, he abused me. Then when the war came, and you were fighting like a warrior, and Gunshot knew he could bring you down if he told you a secret. That's why he called me his son, but I rejected his offer before the war. I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, I wanted to wait after but it didn't go as planned. I'm so sor--" But she cut me off.

She pressed her lips to mine, " Sam, Shh. It's ok."

The kiss soon turned into a heated make out session, I laid on top of her. Her arms locked around my neck while her hands ran through my hair. My hands grabbed her hips and held them in place. My tongue slid in her mouth causing us both to moan. I settled in between her legs, she pulled away and I smirked at her.

Me, " What baby... I'm just getting comfy." I smirked.

Alyssa giggled, " Whatever. Don't get comfy." I sucked on her neck while she ran her hands under my shirt over my abs.

Me, " See I got abs." I snickered.

Alyssa laughed, " Yeah right. You have no abs."

I pouted, " You so love me."

Alyssa, " I do."
