—I wish becoming perfect was easier.—

     I've been getting better. I haven't over eaten in 3 days. I feel less bloated too. I've come to the conclusion that if I just drink a lot of water then I won't crave more food. It's working so far.
     Today at school I did what all my friends do. I didn't eat at lunch. I also didn't eat breakfast. The only thing I ate was some canned beans at supper time because I've been reading articles and they all said beans are very healthy and fill you up so you eat less.
     I'm also trying that with nuts. I just got back from the grocery store and I'm sure my mom was confused when I walked in the door with a bag of plain nuts, but it's none of her business.
