Prologue

A/N: I know, I know finally right,  no more Character detail now it is just us and the story, but how many chapters should I make

????: There was once a small island near the island Menagerie that also was majorly populated by Faunus, it was like heaven on earth, but one stormy night quickly changed it from heaven to a nightmare, and this is the story

(Flashback effect)

the sun was setting, kids were running around playing having fun as their parents were finishing up some shopping, as the parents finished it was now night and the kids were on their dads back asleep, except for 1 kid a wolf Faunus named Zerex he still is awake he is around 7 years old

mom: don't worry, the Hex Grimm is just a fairytale, now go to bed

dad: and if it is not a fairytale, all of the guards are strong and nocturnal including me, so we will kill it if it comes

Zerex: ok

his parents left the room turned the lights off and shut the door and that's when Zerex's saw it,  the Hex Grimm outside his window staring at him, when spot lights shined on it, as guards threw spears at it but they bounced off of the Grimm's hard shell, the Grimm then turned around, and lunged at the guards ripping them to pieces, Zerex was horrified, he was paralyzed he could not move, the Grimm then turned back to the window and his Eye's met with Zerex's, he then walked to the window and rammed his claw through the window causing Zerex to fall of the bed and his dad to run in with his Sword

Dad: run Zerex

the Grimm then crawled trough the window and stood tall, Zerex's father then Charged at the Grimm as Zerex's mom grabbed Zerex and ran outside to see Grimm attacking the rest of the Island, Zerex's Farther was then thrown by the Hex Grimm, Zerex and his mom ran over to his father to see a gapping hole in his chest, Zerex's Mom grabbed the Sword and tried to fight the Hex Grimm but was killed as well, as soon as the Hex Grimm killed Zerex's Mom it left, then 1 Air ship flown in as 4 people jumped out and started to kill the other Grimm, one of the people with a Scythe came up to Zerex

Qrow: hey kid my name is Qrow we are gonna protect you

then the Airship landed as a man with gray hair and a black suit walked out of the ship and toward Zerex

Ozpin: hello there

Zerex was surprised

Ozpin: you are a Wolf Faunus

Zerex nodded

Ozpin: you know that is very rare

an Ursa came up behind Ozpin and was ready to attack when Qrow quickly killed it

Ozpin: would you like to come live with me, we can protect you and even train you if you so desire

Zerex nodded

Ozpin: what is your name

Zerex: Zerex

Ozpin: ok Zerex lets go

Ozpin turned around and walked toward the airship as Zerex quickly followed, with the others boarding also, Zerex sat down as the others talked

Tai: you are actually going to raise him Ozpin

Ozpin: yes I will

Qrow: ok but why 

Ozpin: he is special I can tell

Raven: ok then

Summer: I can help, I love kids

Ozpin: I might require some help

then they walked back over to Zerex and sat with him, Zerex then walked over to Qrow

Qrow: what is it kid

Zerex: I like your weapon

Qrow: really thanks kid

Zerex ended up falling asleep on the ship

(at beacon)

Zerex was walking with Ozpin

Zerex: sir can you Train me, I want to become a Hunter

Ozpin: feel free to call me Ozpin and you sure you want to Zerex

Zerex: yes I am sure

Ozpin: ok then, I will have one of the students teach you

(Present time)

Zerex: and that is the story, I am now 17, and I have a team

(in the dorm)

Zerex came walking through the door

Zerex: hey guys

Tristan: yo, lets go spare

Zerex: sure

(at the training room)

Zerex had his battle gear on with his gauntlets, as Tristan walked into the Arena with his Katana, and got ready

Zerex: Ready

Tristan: ready when ever you are

Zerex: ok, also no semblances

Zerex then rushed at Tristan as he started to Slash at Zerex but he was Blocking them, he then leaped into the air and spun and Kicked Tristan, he then ran to him grabbed him by the leg and threw him, then held his hand out as a Sword(the Artorias sword) formed from Gravity dust

Zerex: lets do this

Zerex held the sword behind him as if he was Readying it from neutral state, Tristan then darted at him ready to jab, when Zerex brought the Sword up and down hitting Tristan's Shoulder causing him to miss and fly into the wall behind Zerex along with his aura being depleted

Zerex: I won, do you know why it hurt more

Tristan: yeah the gravity dust

Zerex: your right

just then a girl came rushing in, her name is Autumn Zerex's Bestfriend

Autumn: Zerex, Tristan classes are about to start

Zerex and Tristan's faces turned from excitement to being worried as the three of them quickly rushed out and to their classes
