Chapter 1

Sierrah's P.O.V.

Great...... Another day of school and to make it even better we have a Math final to take to see if we would move on or not.

Why do we need to learn Algebra and Calculus? We technically didn't need complicated math in our lives! All we need is addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and maybe decimals and percents. Not solving proportions, simplifying equations, pythagorean theorem, and finding X.

You would only need math like that if you were becoming an engineer or something like that! But that is unlikely to a lot of people... ESPECIALLY ME!

I quit thinking about math and lazily got out of my bed. I walked over to my closet and grabbed my black skater dress and white vans. I then got socks and under garments from my drawer and ran into the bathroom. I showered quickly, dried myself, and got dressed.

Hair.... What to do? I always find myself asking the same question every morning. I didn't want to spend to much time thinking about my hair style so I put my hair in a high pony tail with my hair parted to the side and tied a white ribbon around the rubber band. I then curled the ends of my hair and put on mascara and clear lip gloss and headed downstairs.

As I was going downstairs I smelt bacon and I was practically drooling to the table to where my mom was eating. I sat down and noticed she served me celery and eggs with my bacon and trust me I love celery! I would marry it if I could!!!

I looked at my mom and she was squinting at her phone tapping the screen with her finger. My mom does NOT know how to use technology! She should've sticked to a simpler phone instead of a Samsung Galaxy S4. A Nokia would've been good for her, it would've been harder to break to since her screen already cracked on her S4.

"So mom..... How is your day going?" I said striking up a conversation to conquer the silence.

She gave me a weird look and said," it just started but, so far pretty well. I mean you're father didn't trip this morning getting ready for work so that indicates a good sign."

" I guess so..."

I quickly finished up my food and said goodbye leaving before my younger sister Brynlee got up. Brynlee was turning 6 this year in December which is a long way since it's June and almost SUMMER in 5 days since today is the 9th and we graduate high school the 14th!!!

I also have an older brother named Hayden who is 2 years older than me at the age of 20 while I'm 18. He is at college right now at Bradford University in England and I actually miss him a lot since we are so far away and I live in Laguna Beach, California.

Before I knew it I was at school and greeted at the gate by my Best Friend... No, more like sister- Ariana. Ariana Aracely Brookes and I have been sisters since 7th grade.

She has wavy dark brown hair that reaches a little bit past her shoulders, not too skinny but perfect amount of body fat, had perfect curves, dark brown eyes, light skin, 5'6 ( yup she's pretty tall), and the cutest glasses. Every guy goes nuts for her because she's so pretty!

I walked up to her and said in my best impression of a British accent," 'Ello love!"

"Aye Bae!"

We both then started laughing and walking to our first period Math class.

"The Magcon boys are all so cute and hot! My favorites are Nash and Cameron," she said in a 'desperate she needs them' way.

"Yes they all are cute and hot but I'm tied between 3!!! Shawn, Taylor, and Carter."

"We have to make a decision someday!"

"I know"

We walked into Mrs. Sades classroom and I was honestly ready to fail the final.

She passed out the finals and as I looked at the first question I said to Ariana who sat next to me,"What is this?! I mean I understand some words... Stupid calculus test!"

She giggled and we started taking the test I honestly think that I did horrible when I finished and knew that I would fail and take Calculus again. I really wanted to pass so I could be done with math and not have to worry about it in college because I hated math and I was more of a Language Arts and History person.

Ariana on the other hand loved math but hated Language Arts and History. We both were okay with science which was good.

I went to my second period which was history while Ariana went to Science. As I walked in I noticed that the desks were arranged in a different way which meant seat change.

I don't really mind who I sit next to as long as they're not boring and don't talk to much either.

"Hello Sierrah you will be sitting next to Carson," Mr. Hamilton said.

"Ok"

I sat next to Carson and he was very attractive with perfect straight white teeth, tan skin, muscular, blonde/brown hair in a quiff and light brown eyes. He was wearing khaki pants, a red nike shirt, and black nike shoes. He looked a little like Francisco Lachowski but in his own style.

"Hey Siehr" he side smirked.

"Hey Carson" I smiled.

Before I knew it the day was going fast.

________________(5 days later) Friday after graduation_________________

I can't believe me and Ariana graduated high school and we both passed our calculus tests which I was very surprised that I did. I ended up getting 98.5% on the test and I thought I did bad. I was holding my diploma and said bye to Ariana. I then left with my parents and Brynlee to the house.

As we got home my mom hugged me for the 1,000,000,000th time and handed me an envelope and a box.

"This is for you sweety Congratulations! I'm so proud of you! And you deserve the best."

I decided to open the envelope first and screamed! I couldn't believe what I saw in the envelope...
