It's been ages since the last time me and Lucky met. I miss him. I miss everyone. My mum doesn't let me out anymore. We've gone our separate ways. I pretended I was sick so I didn't have to go to school. I'm just sitting on my bed being bored. At least the monster can't get us anymore. It's gone for good... I hope. Lucky never said that it was dead. Ugh, I've had enough of this.

I'm escaping and meeting up with Lucky. I secretly kept his phone number. Since I'm the only one home, I may as well just call him. "Hello?", Lucky said through the phone. " Lucky! It's me, Kian", I answered. He paused for a minute. "K-Kian?", He softly said with his sweet voice. "Yes, it's me. Meet up with me. Escape from your house and meet me at the forest", I explained. "But I- Okay", He said then I hung up. I got out through my window and ran to the forest.

"Kian?", A soft voice said while I walk slowly towards the voice. "Lucky!", I shouted while giving him a hug. "I missed you so much", Lucky said while crying tears on joy. "The reason I wanted to speak to you is about the monster", I explained. "Is it dead?", Lucky stayed mute. "Lucky, is it dead?", I say one more time. "No", Lucky mumbled.

"If I'm not dead then, the monster isn't", he explained. I was shocked. "You made a deal with the monster!?", I shouted. " I said, if he kills me, he has to leave the town alone", He stated. "So, he's still out there?", I questioned. "Sadly, yes", He answered. "What are we going to do? We can't just keep it alive", I said. "We need to kill it for good this time", Lucky explained.

Dear Diary

Today was good and bad at the same time. I met up with Lucky but, the monster is still out there. I'm just happy that Lucky didn't die. I hope he doesn't be in that pod again. That was a scary thing.
