My Not So Perfect Life.

Annabell's POV

"Honey I'm sorry," my mom tried to hug me but I just pushed her away. How could she keep this from me, her own daughter?! I guess its better that I know now than after I was living my "perfect" life. Oh I forgot to introduce myself, I'm Annabell Marie Carter. I'm 23 and in my 3rd year of collage, well I was. I have waist length dark brown hair, like my mom, with red tips. I have bright blue eyes that I got from my...father. Ugh I couldn't even call that monster my dad. "I can't believe you kept this from me!" I yell at my mom, how could she lie to me?! I stormed into my room, I know what your thinking "your 23 and you live with your mom." Well don't be so judgemental, if you must know my mom is sick. Very sick, she has stage 3 of leukemia. Cancer if you don't know what leukemia. When I found out that my mom had stage 3 of leukemia I rushed home to take care of her. I still went to collage, I only had one more year left. I was going to call my aunt Sarah and have her take care of mom, I needed some space. I grabbed my suitcase and started to fill it with the stuff I would need, you know. My mom stood in the door way crying, my mother was the only person I had left since my "father" left. I couldn't stand to see her cry, I walked over to her and wrapped my arms around her tiny body. She has gotten a lot skinnier since last week, "I love you mom, but I need time to think. I'll call aunt Sarah she can take care of you while I'm gone." My mom nodded and kissed my cheek, I said one more good bye and left the house I was born and raised in. Time to think about my "new life," maybe I'll meet some new people while I'm at it.
