Evie's POV

"So about last night.." Ryder started and I swear my heart rate got quicker.
"Uh are we there yet lex?" I say trying to get off topic. "Not yet maybe another 5 mins?" She said

"Evie! You can't act like nothing happened!" He said slightly whispering
I tried to think of something to get myself out of this situation! Uh think Evie think! "And we are her-" Lexi said but I got out the car before she could finish. I need to try to advoid him as much as I can!

"Okay so you and Ryder do the car and we will do the door!" I said to clay and me and lex will do one together because really I do not want to be stuck with Ryder again.

As we headed to her door. I got out the super super glue! I then put some around her handle and placed a wood plank on it. Didn't stick nah didn't think it would, okay I got some pins an stuck them upside down so the pins were facing up. I stuck Aload of them on the door handle. Then went back to Lexi was she was poring eggs along side her window panes.

As soon as we were done we went back to the boys and they finished.  Their job was to cut the tires and superglue the handles, then glueing the tires down.

"All done" Lexi asked and they all nodded. "Let's get out of here!" I say. And we all ran to the car well they ran me and lex walked. Lazy af Ik but guess what , nott to fucks were given!

"So what now? " lex asked as we just say In the car, outside our houses!

"Can I have a talk with Evie alone?" Ryder says and I automatically shat myself! Shit shit shit shit! "Uh actually I've got some un finished course work to do so I'll see you later guys!" I say and again quickly or out the car and ran inside.

Lexi's POV

As she ran out the car it was just me and the boys, "okay so why is she avoiding me? " Ryder asked and I just shook my shoulders "maybe she really has got stuff to do?" "BULLSHITTTT!"  He almost screamed, "ever since we met, Evie doesn't do homework well anything that involves the word work! "

"Shes had a rough past with guys! Her last boyfriend was such a dick! He used her and treated her like complete shit! "  I said to him. "Wow..okay exs are complete dicks! " "Yh well.." "I know!"

RYDERS POV

I got out the car and went into, her house casually and saw her in the kitchen "don't run off and dot make excuses please, Lexi told me about your past guy! I'm sorry he was such a asshole!" I said to her. "But why are you advoidimg me?" "Because I'm scared to get into relationships again! All i know you could be fucking with my head right now!" She says

"Evie I would never do that to you! Look ever since we met I liked you! Your funny and cool and I really like you! I will never treat you like shit or any of that! I will treat you right ! So will you give me a chance to ?"

"That was very sweet Ryder! No ones ever sai that before! Made my heart melt omg!"

"So is that a yes?"

"That was sarcasm love!" She said and winked walkin off.

That girl is something.
