Calivon woke up,startled.
He just woke up from another nightmare.
He sighed and got up,for this was now normal to him.
Calivon looked into the mirror he managed to put in his den.
His fur was mostly grey with the tips of his pointed ears a darker shade, his muzzle, stomach, and paws white.
Calivon stared at his reflection,Looking onto his own blue eyes that appeared on the surface in front of him.
He once again sighed and looked out the hole in his wall which he called a window.
It was almost sunrise.
And with that, the young wolf grabbed the blue scarf hanging on the wall.
He examined it.
"Darn it..." He mumbled in irritation, realizing the silver badge that was usually pinned to the scarf somehow came off.
So, with that,he started searching for it, even looking under the dirty, almost destroyed dog bed he woke up from.
'Where is it?...' He thought as he pulled his head out from under his bed.
Calivon turned his head until he caught a glimpse of a silver object.
The young wolf walked up to it,only to realize that it was exactly what he was looking for.
He once again sighed as he picked it up and put it back on his scarf.
As he was about to walk out the door and leave, he felt a sharp pain suddenly.
Calivon collapsed, holding his head in head and curling up into a ball, trying to wait it out.
When it finally stopped, he slowly got up.
That doesn't usually happen, and even when something like that did occur, it was never that intense.
He just shook it off and left his den.
Whatever it was, he could just find out later.
right now,he had to get to the city before the crowds came in.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~LATER~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Calivon managed to get to the city.
Bad news is that he was too late.
The young wolf laid under a bench as he waited for the crowd too die down.
He hated this kind of hour.
People were everywhere and could trample him if he wasn't careful.
Now, if a normal wolf native to the frozen forest were to walk through these humans, they would actually notice and even back off due to their natural size.
However, Calivon was not normal, he was way too short and sometimes people would mistake him for a husky pup.
So, he had to wait for the opportunity to leave the bench and out into the streets.
So, he waited.
Sometimes he spotted a few things he could have used to get out of his current situation, but didn't use these ideas due to them either risky or cruel.
He stayed like this for a while, until finally, he found a way out when male human decided to sit on the bench he was under.
Calivon quickly jumped up and sat next to the human.
The human, looked at him, most likely wondering what is a wolf like him doing in the middle of the street.
"Umm... Hi?" The man said awkwardly.
Calivin barely paid any mind to him, though he did shift slightly towards the opposite side of the bench so he doesn't try to pet him or something.
Just then, his heart dropped as he heard something thst he hoped he would never have to hear...."Mommy, mommy! Look a puppy!"
He slowly turned his head to the source of the noise, hoping to every god he knew of that this wasn't true, until he saw the approaching child and their mother.
He then stared at the crowd, and the feet of those that could lead to his probable demise,as he went over both his options.
