Abbie Ray (age 13)
I wake up to the deafening sound of my alarm meaning only one thing. School. I have to physically pull myself out of bed and over to my closet to get dressed

I then go downstairs, make coffee and leave for hell.

I arrive at my form room (registration) and sit in my usual spot, alone because no one actually likes me, and I pull out my book to start reading. Half way through form I feel people sit around me on my table, I look up from my book confused at what's happening when I see five boys who I don't recognise "Um.... hi?" I say, more like a question than a greeting. They all begin to introduce themselves "Hi I'm Jonah" says the tallest giving me a kind smile. "Yo. I'm Corbyn" says the only blonde one who gives me a slight wave. "I'm Daniel but you can call me Dani" says a boy with really blue eyes. "hey, my names Jack" says a curly haired boy winking at me. "Hi um I'm Zach" says the shortest boy who is actually really cute. "Um... I'm Abbie. Nice to meet you?"

I spend the rest of the day showing the boys around the school and getting to know them better. They're all really sweet. I'm glad I finally have friends, I feel like I belong.
