Chapter 4: This is real

(Gray POV)

How was this possible? How can this be happening? Is this real?

These were all questions that raced through my mind when I saw him.

*Time Skip 15 minutes earlier*

"Guys I'm gonna puke" I said feeling really sick.

"We'll go before you barf all over my dress!" Said Lucy who was pretty drunk.

"Okay bye"

"Bye"

I went to the men's bathroom. I stood at the toilet for about 15 minutes and nothing happened. So I went back to the bar to talk to Lucy and Mira.

I looked at Lucy. She was in shock. She was looking at something. Someone. I turned around to see what she was looking at.

Then I saw him. I saw Natsu. Yes, that Natsu, my biggest rival, my partner in crime, my best friend.

And he was singing a very familiar song. Lucy's favorite song.

I didn't think this was possible. I didn't think I would ever see him again. This is a miracle.

And then Lucy passed out. I rushed over to her.

"Hey Mira, I gonna take Lucy home," I said, sadly.

"Okay I hope to see you soon," She said waving.

"Me too," I said smiling.

*5 hour time skip*

After taking Lucy home, I accidentally fell asleep in her room.

"Ugh, what happened?" She said confused.

"You passed out cold in the bar I had to carry you home," I said.

"Who's there?"She said firmly.

"Geez it's just me Gray,"I said.

"Oh hey," She said casually.

"Look the sun's coming up!" I said.

She looked out the window and smiled.

"Hey Gray, the weirdest thing happened last night, I thought I saw Natsu," said Lucy.

"Me too," I said.

Though little to Lucy's knowledge it wasn't a dream it was real.

"Lucy what you saw, it was real" I confessed.
