A sheepish Romance (TAWOG Rob X OC Story)

Chapter 1- Moving

I looked out of the window staring at the scenery going at full speeds passed the car me, my mother and my father were in. I held a bouquet of roses to my chest feeling my eyes well up with tears remembering my friends that I left behind. I jumped feeling something on my leg, I turned and saw my mother smiling at me, lightly resting her hoof on my leg from the passenger seat. 
"Don't worry pumpkin, you'll love it here in Elmore." She said. "It was very friendly here and your father and I think it'll be nice for you." She added. 
"Your mother is right little lamb, It's a nice town you'll make new friends here." My father said in a deep voice glancing at the rear view mirror at me. 
"I know... But you know i'm not very good at new places." I pull my knees up to my chest the best I could, without crushing the roses. "There's going to be so many new people... What if I embarrass myself?" I ask worriedly. 
"Hey now... Don't think so negatively." My mother scolded softly, her smile dipping into a frown. "You'll be perfectly fine."
I sighed leaning my head against a window yawning. "How much farther daddy?" I asked. 
"Around another hour lamb. How about for now you sleep?" I smiled hugging the roses sliding my eyes shut. 
"...amb... Lamb... Mary-Anne wake up we're here." I slowly opened my eyes to my fathers voice, seeing him start unloading things from the trunk. I yawned rubbing my eyes with my hooves, slowly getting out of the car, my legs wobbling from not using them but I stayed upright. I looked around at the neatly painted houses around I looked at our house that was a light beige colour from what I could see from the open door there was a staircase leading to the top floor of the house. 

I smiled lightly heading inside, seeing a living room has a white rug with blue wallpaper. The door entrance has a mat. "Hey pumpkin, have a nice nap?" My mother asked smiling at me. I nodded lightly. "Good well here's your box go and pick your room." She picked up a box that said 'Mary's room' I nodded and took the box from her, heading up the carpeted stairs towards the three rooms. One at the front, one at the back and the one opposite the stairs was the bathroom, I headed towards the front house door pushing it open with my arm. I put the box down and started helping my father set up the beds; Mine first then my parents. After the beds were set up my mother decided it would be a good idea to meet the neighbours and she decided to drag me behind her. 
We met a elderly couple on the left of our house and a younger couple with a son on the right, I hid behind my mother most of the time, due to my unconsciously shy mind.
We then went to meet the couple living across from us, we knocked on the door and a small blue cat answered it. He raised an eyebrow and called behind him. "Mom! The new neighbors are at the door!" A older blue cat came to the door and shook my mother's hoof politely.
"Hello my name is Nicole Watterson, and this is my son Gumball."
"I'm Sally Wilfred. Me, my daughter Mary-Anne, who is currently hiding behind me and my husband moved in across the street." Nichole peeked around my mother and met my eyes. 
"Oh. a shy one huh? Don't worry I don't bite." she smiled and I peeked out more, shyly waving. She smiled and shook my hoof as well. "Nice to meet you." I smiled shyly back at her. 

After a while of talking to the cat and meeting the rest of her family; A large pink rabbit who was her husband, a four year old daughter who takes after her father in terms of appearance, and a fish? must have been adopted. Me and my mother went back to our house and helped my father sorting out the rest of the house, well as best we can. 
Soon it was almost midnight and we still had stuff to unpack, I yawned curling up on the beige couch struggling to stay awake. I heard my dad chuckle and lightly pick me up in his arms. "time for my little sheep to go to sleep." I smile nuzzling my head in the plaid over shirt he wore, at least until I felt my back connect with my bed, then I snuggled into the warmth of my blanket. "Goodnight little lamb." 
"Goodnight Papa..."
