Elijah's P.O.V.
I'm really glad that Nii- San found me. If he didn't, I don't know where I'd be now. He's been my role model since day one. And nothing makes me happier than when I get to dance with him.

I'm really excited today, because Nii- San is taking me to dance with him instead of having me watch from a safe distance. Today is the day that we perform at the Prince's Birthday Festival. I've never been to a festival before, so this will be really fun!

When I got out of bed, it was just as dawn was rising. I almost squealed as I hurried to get ready! After a couple hours, I was ready to go. I had a cute black mini skirt with shiny gold coins that jingle every time I move. And the top showed my belly, but it was a cute purple one with the same coins on it. I even asked Nii- San to pierce my right ear. And he did it for me!

I've never been so excited for anything in my life! Today is the day that I show everyone what I can do! And the meanies who say bad things about it can go jump in a hole!

When we got to the festival, I stayed closed to Nii- San. I didn't want to get lost or taken, so I stuck by his side the entire time. There were so many others performing before us! There were fire breathers, mermaids, sorcerers, fairies, and even a juggler that juggled flaming swords! Then it was our turn and I nodded and went up on the stage with Nii- San.

We smiled and greeted everyone with a bow before Nii- San did the talking. "Hello, everyone. I am Sage. And this is Elijah. This will be a special dance performed specifically for Prince Jordyn's Birthday. Happy Birthday, Your Highness." We both bowed again before the music began playing.

We danced together before the song changed and Nii- San danced alone for awhile. When it was my turn, I closed my eyes and took a breath before imagining that it was only Prince Jordyn and I making eye contact. I looked at him the entire time I was dancing. The song began slow at first, but then it quickly sped up into a really fun dance. By the end, I was tired and my skin was a little shiny from sweating so much.

The people watching went crazy with clapping and cheering. They wanted more, but Nii- San and I bowed when Prince Jordyn stood and walked over. Everyone looked at him and bowed too. "That dance was beautiful." His smile made me blush and stare at him as he got on stage with us and talked to the people watching.

"As a prize for dancing so beautifully, Sage and Elijah are invited to join me for dinner at the palace." He said with a smile and the people watching cheered and threw different flowers on the stage at us.

After a couple of hours, Nii- San and me went to the castle and had dinner with Prince Jordyn. After we ate, Nii- San and me stood up and we're gonna leave. But Nii- San passed out on the floor for no reason. "Nii- San! Please! Wake up!" I shook him and begged as I cried. Jordyn looked worried as he hugged me. "Sage will be alright... we'll take him to a guest room and let him rest for now..."

Nii- San was taken to another room so he could sleep. Prince Jordyn took me to his own room and gave me a cup of something that was warm and chocolaty. It made me feel warm and it was yummy. When the cup was empty, I yawned and Prince Jordyn smiled at me. "Is someone sleepy...?" He asked and I nodded before yawning again.

I was put in a super long shirt that reached my knees. Jordyn held me and brushed my hair as I was falling asleep. The last words I heard before I fell asleep were from Prince Jordyn himself. "You will be mine...."

Then I fell asleep.
