The Beach

                                                                *Kaites POV*

I woke up the next morning looked at the clock and saw that it was already noon. I took a quick shower and then there was a knock on the door. I wasent suposed to be excepting anyone. I quickly threw on a pair of jeans and a flowing half top. I looked through the peep hole and saw Ryan. I totally forgot that i was going to the beach with Ryan.

        I opened the door "Hey Kaite you ready to go to the beach?" I looked at him shyly and said "Well i sort of just woke up ill be out in like 5 minutes" I gave him a small smile. I shut the door and just about threw clothes everywhere from my suitcase looking a bikini. I fianlly found one. I quickly changed into it. It was a black galaxy print with paint splatters, i threw on some jean shorts and deceided to stay in my top. 

        I headed outside to Ryan's car, it was a yellow mustang, it kinda had an old look to it but looked new. Ryan was talking to the guy I had seen him yesterday with at in-n-out, his friend was talking to a girl that looked fimiliar, Ryan was looking around fiddling with his thumbs he actually looked pretty hot in his tank he was wearing. 

        I stepped outside the hot sun hit me it delt good, compared to the wet rainy weather i was used to. I walked down to Ryan and said hi to him. He smiled ear to ear when he saw me. His friend introduced himself asd Cody Simpson, the girl said her name was Rose. On our way to the beach me and Ryan got to know eachother better. Rose said her and Cody had been together for 5 months and that they were really happy together, she said they had met at a concert when she was just a 'fan' of him. "So Kaite when did you and Ryan meet and how long have you known eachother" Cody said nonchalantly but giving me a little smirk as in i want to know everything. I simply said "We met yesterday at an in-n-out". Cody looked like he didnt believe me "I was with him yesterday at in-n-out. Were you one of the girls that we were taking pictures with?" I simply looked at him and replied "Nope i had no idea who you guys were yesterday. But your friend Ryan here came up to me as i was leaving and asked for my number" Cody and Rose looked dumbfounded as if i had 3 heads. "what?" i just shrugged it off.

        When we got the the beach i was in awe, the water was so amazing and the sun was out and shining. Ryan just chuckled when he saw me dig my toes in the sand "Have you ever been to the beach before?" I just smiled and said "not since i was really little". We took out our beach chairs and relaxed a little in the hot sun. Rose was tanning, Cody and Ryan were tossing a beach ball around, while i was sitting in the chair pretending to read looking at the waves. Ryan comes next to me and i didnt notice until he said "Do you want to go in the water with me?" I looked at him and smiled.

I got up from my seat and took Ryan's hand, i turned my head around and saw Cody and Rose giving me a thumbs up. My toes touched wthe cold water and it felt good compared to the hot sun. Ryan picked me up and threw me in the water. I screamed as the water hit my body. I dipped my head under and fixed my hair "your so going to pay for that" I laughed at Ryan. 

After we had our fun in the water we decided to dry off and go get ice cream. As we walked along the pier we were talking about different things, he asked me where i had lived before and what i was doing in California. I told him i was from Washington and that i am out in Cfalifornia for the summer and that i might move out here.

        Afterward we went back to Cody and Rose, they were acting like one of those couples that were obssesed with eachother, luckily they didnt have matching shirts. As it got later, we decided to go back home. 

        When we got back to the place i was staying at, Ryan walked me to my room. "I um had a really nice time with you today, maybe we can hang out again another day?" I smiled at him "yeah i'd like to hang out with you again." I was about to go inside, he grabbed my hand and stopped me from going inside. Then he kissed me. "Im sorry. i just had to you looked beautiful and it looked like the right moment". I felt my face heat up and turn a little red. "I um thanks", i turned around and went inside my room, and just laid on the bed.
