Away from home

Mary went down the stairs and gave her mom a little nudge on the shoulder.Her mom woke up instantly and her eyes were blood shot and her breath reeked of a nasty scent.Her mom woke up and said slightly"Mary I'm sorry go get mommy the phone".

Now on with the story!

Mary went and grabbed a land line phone and handed it to her mom.Lucy punched numbers into the phone and called auntie Kary."Hey Kary,can you please come get Mary,for a few days I promise it will not be long."Lucy said with her phone on her shoulder."Lucy punched in the end button and threw the phone on the other side of the couch.

12 minutes later..

A few knocks on the door woke up Lucy again.Lucy opened the door and a young woman with blonde curly hair was at the door."Hey where is Mary?" Kacy said stepping herself in the house."She is over there with her,her,her.."Lucy had passed out before finishing her sentence."Well I will just get it myself."Kacy thought as she picked up Mary."Hey Kay Kay I missed you!"Mary said hugging Kacy tightly."Let's go to my house!"Kacy said as she left a note.

A 15 minute drive later..

"We are at your temporary home Mary!"Those words stuck with Mary for a long time.What was supposed to be a temporary home was a home that Mary stayed in for thirteen years.

Author note:Sorry for the short chapter.I realized I can't spend a lot of time of Mary when she was a kid!
