Katherine's POV.
'What could it be? Wait can it be...nah I don't think it would be love...could it? I don't know' Katherine thought to herself.
As soon as I knew it, we were on top of a hill where you can see the whole city [they were in Brazil]
"Wow! This is amazing!" I shouted.
"Well not as amazing as you though." mumbled Gabriel.
I was shocked to hear him say that. "Excuse me, what did you say?" I asked politely.
"Oh...um...nothing. I was just thinking out loud." he smiled weakly.
Well. He's definitely lying. Because I heard him say that. But I still keep getting that feeling when I'm close to him. I don't know why.
But, if he likes me, then I don't know what I'll do because I don't like him though. I saw this other guy at school,his name was David. Wait, that name sounds familiar. Could it be?! No, I'm sure its not the guys that I liked in gra-.
Then my thoughts were suddenly interrupted by Gabriel playing his guitar and showing me to sit next to him. But I preferred to stand against a tree, so then I shook my head. He looked a bit disappointed but he continued.
"Well, I'm gonna sing you a song called Shooting Star by Owl City."
I was honestly surprised by this because I did not expect it.
As he started to sing the song and play the guitar, I felt something that was not right. Like, I know that he likes but I like someone else. So this is just getting confusing. But I just ignored that thought and carried on listening to the song.
