Chapter 18: Fuyuhiko's anger issues

After you and your roommate got back to your cottage, you both fell to the bed, exhausted. After all, chasing a cheerful girl who is fast as hell down the whole island is tiring. Fuyuhiko looked over at you, and pushed you down from his bed. You let out an 'oof' as you reached the ground, and lift up your arm to show him your middle finger. He just smirked and rolled on his side, showing his back at you. You sighed, and stared at the ceiling.

'Stay cold... Don't make friends...' (Yup, on the computer, I can't find the fonts so rip)

The long day's memories were playing in the front of your eyes.

'Do I really want this?' 

You looked up at the bed, just to see a half asleep Fuyuhiko, snuffing quietly. You decided that the ceiling's more interesting, so you continued to stare at it.

'Nope, I don't.'

The sunset painted gold stripes at the cottage's walls and furnitures. You sighed again, ackknowledgeing nighttime's here soon.

'Why do I care? The pitbulls can't reach me here.'

You stared at Fuyuhiko again, who apparently turned around while you were thinking, because he was now facing you. You couldn't help but smile as a little drool escaped his mouth.

'I shouldn't care.'

~Ding-Dong-Bing-Bong~

Fuyuhiko groaned, and pressed his pillow to his ears.

The monitor came to life, and the bear appeared on it.

"Ahem! Hope's Peak Academy's School Trip Executive Committee has an announcement to make..." he jabbered, taking a sip from his juice. "Hello everyone! The fun time you've all been waiting for is about to begin! I wonder what festivities await you?" He quickly put a paw to his mouth, as if he said something wrong. "Oops, don't wanna ruin the surprise! It was a little 'meh' at first, but anyway, please gather at Jabberwock Park!"

At the next moment, a pillow flew over to the screen. The monitor went blank - not from the pillow, but because Monokuma has said what he wanted.

"Fucking bastard..." Fuyuhiko cursed, as he rubbed out the sleepiness from his eyes.

"Pillow fight with the monitor, too?" you teased, getting up from the ground. You yelped in pain - your butt was hurting because of your beautiful fall.

"Shut up." he groaned, and locked himself in the bathroom. A few minutes later, he came out, now with his formal suit on, apparently awake. He turned to you. "What the hell are you waiting for?"

You jumped out of your daze, realising that you've been waiting for him. Why? You didn't know.

"Eh, whatever..." he murmured, and left his cottage. You just stared into space, wondering what the heck has gotten into you, then quickly followed him.

~At Jabberwock Park~

Everyone has arrived - well, everyone except Hajime. Speak of the devil, he stepped in.

"Once again, you're late..." Byakuya sighed, crossing his arms. "Did you lose your nerve?" Hajime opened his mouth to speak, but no words came out. "... Anyway, it seems everyone is here." the blonde continued.

"Ugh, what is it this time? So friggin' annoying..." Kazuichi cursed, looking from classmate to classmate. When his pink eyes met your [E/C] ones, he quickly looked away, blushing slightly.

"Then you shouldn't have come." Fuyuhiko told him.

"Well... I mean... I don't know what'll happen to me if I don't come..." he muttered, sweatdropping.
