Rogue and Nickel were waiting at their dorm for (F/n) to return from brining Team RWBY and Qrow to the infirmary, but they weren't the only one waiting in the dorm. (F/n)'s companion, Neopolitan, was sitting on his bed nervously, since two very dangerous Huntsmen surrounds her.
"So... Neo. How do you know (F/n)?" Nickel asked in a curious and serious tone.
She pulls out her Scroll and started typing on it.
'(F/n) and I grew up at the same orphanage, that was near Mountain Glenn,' she wrote down and showed it to the group.
"Huh, that does explain a bit why you two are close, but he never mentioned you when he was at Beacon," said Rogue.
'We... don't like to talk about our past,' she wrote with an uneasy expression.
"So, are you and (F/n)... together?" Rogue asked, with a cautious tone in his voice.
Neo started blushing as her eyes turned grey for a moment. She fumbles around with her Scroll for a bit before calming down and showing it to the group.
'Y-you can say it like that,' she wrote while hiding her face with the Scroll.
When Rogue and Nickel read this, they tensed up for a moment.
"Now, let's make one thing clear. If you hurt him, we will hunt you down," Nickel said in a dark and serious tone.
"I can understand why you're saying that to her, but that's not a way to treat a lady, now is it, Nickel?" said a voice at the door.
Everyone looked towards the door, and saw me waiting at the door with my arms crossed. The moment Neo saw me, she hugged me. I let out a chuckle as I hugged her back.
"So, how's Team RWBY doing?" Rogue asked.
"They'll be fine. They don't suffer from any physical pain, aside form the scars that I left them. Anyway, do you guys have any questions about me?" I asked as I sit down on my bet, Neo sitting next to me.
"I got a couple," said Nickel.
"Shoot," I said to them.
"How the hell are you a god and why did you lie to us about your sister?" Nickel asked.
"Tecnically, I didn't lie about her being my sister, she did. And secondly, I learned that I was a god during my first death, although I didn't unlocked any abilities until much later. You teach students mythology, correct?" I asked him.
"Yes," he simply responded.
"Have you heard of the missing God Phoenix, the God of Judgement and Balance?" I asked him.
"I... do. There was a war millennia's ago against the Creatures of Grimm, humanity and, from what legends tells us, Gods. The war was so bad at the Gods side, that they hid their newborn child at the mortal world. But the war took a lot longer than expected, and lost the connection with their child at the mortal world," he explained.
"Well, that story is true. The missing god was left behind at the mortal world to be protected from being hunted by Grimm. But, as time went on, that god gets reincarnated, but always remembered one thing about his past. His last name, Nephalim. Truth be told, I'm surprised of how much humanity knows about the gods, yet knows nothing of who they really are," I explained to them.
