after spending a little more time at the mall the girls and I headed over to the movie theaters. I pulled out my vlog camera and pressed the record button "hey guys so we just got done shopping and now we are going to the movie theater." I smile into the camera with rose making silly faces behind me. "we are going to see love Simone and it's gonna be lit as fuck!" Rose screams into the camera making me and Tamara laugh uncontrollably. I vlog for a few more minutes until I finally see the big neon sign that said "EMAGINE". I turn my camera off and put it into my yellow fjallraven backpack, we head over to the long line forming for love Simone and stand behind two boys holding hands. I smile looking at them and think about how amazing it is that there is finally a movie that captured the struggles that lgbtq people went through. We joke and smile for a few minutes until we notice a group of four people walking through the doors and into the line behind us. In the group was two boys and two girl both of the boys had curly hair and one was tall and had freckles which reminded me of the redhead girl with freckles from the mall. I turned back around not bothering to see the faces of the girls until I hear a somewhat familiar voice from behind me "Wyatt give me my phone!" the girl giggled from behind me. My eyes go wide as I turn around and see the redhead girl and the brunette from the mall earlier. They both turn their attention towards me and instantly smile when seeing me "hey it's chick fil a girl." the red headed girl says with a beaming smile. "Sadie she has a name." The short haired girl says rolling her eyes playfully. I giggle as I see the two girls playfully push each other and I'm somewhat happy that I finally know the name of one of the beautiful girls I've met today.
millie pov.
I look in front of me and I see a familiar red shirt and dirty blonde space buns it reminds me of the girl from earlier and it makes my heart race thinking that it might be her. I watch as she turns around and I see her beautiful face again bringing a smile to my face and Finn bumps my arm and winks at me. I roll my eyes and turn my head back to the girl in front of me desperately wanting to know her name. "funny seeing you here?" I say gesturing towards the fact that I want to know her name " katie." she says smiling and I'm finally proud that I know her name.
we talk for a while longer and I'm happy that we have finally had a conversation. Finally I gather up the courage to ask the girl what I wanted to ask for the whole night "hey you seem cool do you have a Instagram." I smile trying not to seem like I was desperate but interested. " yeah it's katielynn." She responds and I take my phone out to follow her. I scroll through a couple of her pictures complimenting her with smiles I look up to see her blushing and my heart nearly melts at the sight. It was finally her and her friends turn to get their tickets and we all decided to seat together. She introduced us to her friends a brown skinned girl named Tamara and another brunette named rose they were both pretty but nowhere near as beautiful as Katie. Me and Sadie introduce them to Wyatt and Finn and it's kinda funny how is girls outnumbered the two boys. talking some more we find the movie screening room and we all settle into our seats. seeing how it was 8 people we took up a whole row from aisle to aisle the seating was Wyatt,Finn,Sadie,Me,Katie,Rose,and then Tamara. We all dig into our snacks as we watch the movie and all I could say was wow it was amazing. Halfway through the movie Katie runs out of popcorn and I offer her some of mine she digs her hand into my popcorn and I add my own hand reaching for some. As she pulls her hand out our fingers slightly brush pass each other and it send chills through my entire body I can't help but blush. Thankful that it was dark I watch the movie again trying to ignore what happened.
