Chapter Five is probably my favorite scene. It's filled with Brendon being snippy, angst, and of course, Brendon passing out, which in turn causes the boys to reveal their feelings.
Anyway, when writing, I come up with really detailed visuals of the spaces the characters occupy. Most of the scenes were impossible to draw, but the ballroom was fairly simple. So, below is what the ballroom would have looked like moments before Brendon collapsing, when the King called the crowd over for the speech.
I have no artistic talent, so I apologize. I might draw out the patio where Cricket and Clover was burned, and the truth of their situation is revealed.
