Chapter 5: " And you didn't tell me sooner because..?"

Scarlet’s POV:

It has been 8 hours since Artemis has passed out on the couch; we have decided that we wouldn’t move her. She needed her rest apparently from what Matthew said.

“Can we please wake her up?! I’ve been waiting for her to wake up all day and it is already 10 minutes till midnight, 10 minutes till my birthday.” I said while nudging my face against Matthews’s right arm, much like a horse would actually. No I am not trying to imply that I am an animal.

“I already told you she would wake up any minute now, so stop rubbing you’re face on my arm please and thank you!” He replied while moving his arm before I touched it again, making my fall face first on to the opposite couch Artemis was on.

“I hope you step on a clear, small, Lego.” I muttered while my face was stuck in the couch cushion. I pushed myself up and out of it a few moments later before sitting on the couch, continuing my long stare at my sister.

I wanted to know how she became like this, she was perfectly fine on the car ride here, if something was wrong or bothering her I would have noticed.

As I waited those 10 god awful minutes...Just as the clock struck midnight, she woke up. But just as she woke up..I screamed.

Artemis's POV:

As soon as I opened my eyes, the first thing I saw was my poor baby sister, scream and than her body start too shook. Looks as if I awoke just in time to help her though her first change, good.

I got up as quick as I good, without getting dizzy and falling over in the process. Then I rushed to her side, Victoria was already there trying to calm her down.

" She needs her mate with her, she's not strong enough or doesn't know what's going on to go through this herself"

I told Matthew, hoping he would understand to get Nash.

" Got it", than he spaced out mind linking Nash.

" She needs to be outside, close to the earth", Victoria told me while trying to find the best grip to carry Scarlet without hurting her in the process.

" Let's hurry than, patches of fur are already starting to appear..." I grabbed her upper back while Victoria grabbed her lower, Nash showed up just in time to open the back porch door for us.

We than placed her on the grass. Nash went straight to her side, whispering words of comfort to her and telling her exactly what she needed to do. Than soon enough, there she stood, tall, scared, her fur as white as snow, crystal blue eyes making eye contact with Nash.

Scarlet's POV:

Pain was all I felt, for who knows how long. It felt as if my whole body was going through some kind of transformation..That's not possible though is it..?

Ouch..I think I just felt/heard my back crack immensely. 

At some momments the pain wouldn't be as bad, and I could hear some words of comfort. But than again I just considered that as my imagination. Than.. All of a sudden I got my sight back, it was blurry at first but I was finally able too see clearly.

Nash was the first thing I saw though, and boy if I thought his eyes were blue before, they looked even more blue now. They looked like the Ocean that I loved soo much...They were so beautiful, but than I always thought Nash was beautiful in generel.

" Mate.."

Woah woah woah, wait...Am I going crazy or did I just hear a voice that wasn't my own inside my head?

"No idiot you're not going crazy..although that would explain a lot.. I'm Bella, you're wolf", the voice replied.

" Wait, my wolf?" I asked back highly confused.

" Yes you're wolf, you're a werewolf, haven't you realised this by now?"

" No, was I supose too...? I questioned even more confused.

" Ugh.. you're going to be a pain..look at you're paws!" Bella replied, it- her voice sounding more frustrated.

" Paws?! The fuck? Don't you meet fee-", I cut her and myself off.

When I looked down she had been right.. my feet were no longer there, instead they had been replaced by two white paws. Just in case I moved them too see if they would respond to my actions, and they did.

I tried to scream but all that came out was a high howl, I cut myself off admidiatly...I desperatly started too look around for help, than my eyes caught Atremis's.

Artemis's POV:

As soon as her eyes caught mine, I told Victoria to go get a blanket, considering she would be naked when she transformed back.

I walked closer to Scarlet.

" Sis listen to me carefully if you want to transform back... Imagine you're self as a human, like you're looking at you're human self in the mirror.. It will hurt but only this one time", I spoke to her calmly as if she was a new born child. Than she nodded her wolfy head and closed her eyes.

As she transformed back it took some time, and she let out a whimper here and there but eventually she was fully human again, rolled up into a tiny ball on the ground with Nash right next to her.

Victoria rushed past me and put the blanket on Scarlet's shoulders, she then tried to stand up and her shaky legs and wrap the blanket around her tighter, almost falling in the process Nash immediatly caught her and she started to put all her weight on him.

She looked up at me..." Soo.." she started.

"Soo..." I replied back after a breif moment.

"... I'm a Werewolf?" She looks at my with her blue eyes that seemed curious, yet scared.

" Yup, Just like the rest of us..." I spoke nodding to the people around us.

She than got wide eyed and looked to Victoria,Nash,and Matthew for comformation that is was true, they all nodded their heads. Than she looked back at me, looking me straight in the eyes.

" And you didn't tell me sooner because..?"

Hellooo my Beautiful Creatures! My most sincirest condolences for not updating in God knows how long....I'v had quite the busy schedule, but now I have the whole summer to write you more chapters and hopefully finish the book! Hope you enjoyed this well needed long chapter, until next time.
