Cameron's P.O.V
"Mom! Pull over that's Alicia." I said noticing Alicia waiting for the bus, but she must have missed the school bus because school was starting in 10 mins.
"Ok, who is she?" My mom asked, being curious as usual. I ignored her and rolled down my window so I could get Alicia's attention.
"Hey Alicia" I said.
"Cam?... I didn't know you lived round here what's up?" She asked.
"Would you like a ride to school coz I'm guessing you've missed the bus." I said chuckling.
"Yeah sure, thank you." She smiled opening the door to the car. She strapped herself in and my mom started driving us to school.
"So what's your name dear?" My mom asked.
"I'm Alicia."
"So are you Cameron's girlfriend?" My mom asked wiggling her eyebrows.
Immediately I could feel my cheeks heating up with embarrassment and hoped Alicia didn't notice.
"Mom! I only met her yesterday, please stop embarrassing me." I said and apologized to Alicia for my mothers behaviour.

We finally arrived at school. Thankfully I without my mom embarrassing me any further.
"Thank you Gina!" Alicia said, the same time I said "Thanks mom." And she was gone.
"Sorry again for the awkwardness in the car." I nervously chuckled whilst stroking the back of my neck.
"Seriously it's ok." She smiled.
We walked into the school building and Alicia's beautiful eyes seemed to immediately decrease in size. Was she sad? I focused my eyes on what she was looking at and noticed two people kissing by the lockers. I recognised the boy, it was Matthew Espinosa, he is in most of my lessons and is quite the class clown, makes a great impression of a dinosaur. I however didn't recognise the girl but I could tell that what they were doing was hurting Alicia, so I tried distracting her but it didn't work because next thing I knew she was quickly walking towards Matthew and his lip-locking partner.
"And to think you were my best friend, you bitch!" She yelled at the girl, gaining the attention of those around her.
I quickly ran up to them, not wanting Alicia to get into any trouble.
"Alicia, you don't wanna be doing this." I whispered in her ear.
"Yes I do! You can't tell me what to do! I barely know you!" She yelled at me and her words hurt me little because I want to get to know her.
"You've always been an attention seeking whore and you think you can tell people what they can and can't do! No wonder Matt doesn't like you!" The ex best friend said.
People around us were 'oohing' and Alicia slapped the girl. "Fuck you Eva! The only attention seeking bitch around here is you. The only reason Matt wants you is because you're such an easy lay, you open your legs for anyone with a dick. Pathetic really." Alicia said back and now everyone was waiting for a comeback from Eva but all she did was turn around and cry into Matthew's chest and so Alicia walked off and I followed closely behind her. I know she'd shouted at me earlier but she was angry and she need a friend right now.
