Chapter 9 - Spoil

"F/n-chan! F/n-chan!!!" I could hear the redhead's voice getting louder and louder towards my room.

Suddenly, the door opened with a bang. The middle blocker was there, panting as he was running towards here.

"F/n-chan!!!!!"

"I'm not deaf, Satori!!! I can hear you!!!" I shouted back as I was sitting on my bed.

He yelled a certain character's name twice.

"NOOO!!!!!!!!!! Don't you dare!!!" I told him as I rushed to cover my ears.

I was in the middle of reading the Shounen Jump series in which that certain character belonged.

Satori flashed such a wide grin. "F/n-chan~~~ Want me to tell you what happened to him?" he was teasing me. "Want me to tell you how he----------"

"If you'll fucking spoil me, I swear I'm gonna rip that shitty grin right outta your face!" I threatened him.

"Oohhh... Care to tell me your means of doing that, f/n-chan?"

"Oh, I'll tell you. I'm gonna grab that mouth of yours and pull it so hard, it'll rip out literally!"

"If only you have the strength to do that!" he retorted and laughed.

"Just shut it, Satori! I'm almost done, anyway," I told him as I resumed reading.

I noticed the redhead moved and sat beside me. I've already braced myself for the ultimate spoil to come but instead, Satori was just reading the Jump silently with me.

Flipping it to the last page of the chapter, he slowly whispered into my ear, "He... will..."

My heart was pounding as I frantically read the last page, hoping that I could finish it before he'll finally spill out the beans.

"Eh?" I suddenly found myself dumbfounded. "That's it?" I asked as I was so high with anticipation but ended up with nothing.

Satori straightened up as he laughed his heart out.

"He wasn't even there!" I slightly hit him as he continued laughing.

"I know! But it seemed like he'll be there, right?"

"You trolled me! I seriously thought he would finally arrive to end the freaking battle!"

"That's what I thought, too! It felt like he would make his grand entrance as badass as he is but in the end, he wasn't even there!"

"He didn't even made a single appearance in this chapter!" we both yelled and groaned.

"God, this Jump series is killing meee....." the middle blocker said.

"Me, toooo...." I agreed with him.

And then there was silence. The sudden lack of sound made the two of us chuckled.

"By the way, Satori. You have any plans for today?" I asked.

"None at the moment," he replied.

I grinned. "Wanna help me look for someone?"

It was around 2:00PM and the redhead just found himself standing in the middle of an ice rink.

"What are we doing here? Aren't we supposed to be looking for someone?" he asked as his eyes showed how confused he was.

I laughed as I skated around him. "We are! But we have to skate first before we can meet him."

"Him..." Satori repeated the word in his head as he finally knew that we were looking for a guy.
