Ava had a hard day at work and now she just wanted to go home and take a hot shower and go to bed. So she walks over to the elevator and pushes waiting for the door to open. As she was waiting, a certain blonde hair captain walks up beside her. She didn't have to deal with her.

"You could take the stairs, you know," Sara said. Ava sighs in response to Sara's comment.

"I don't have time for this. I had a hard day, so whatever you and your team did this time, you can tell me about it in the morning." Ava reply.

"What if I said I wanted to see my favorite agent from the Time Bureau?" Sara asked. This time Ava snorted at Sara's response.

"And pigs fly," Ava said sarcastically. Then the elevator opens and Ava walks inside. Sara follows as the door closes. Ava then pushes a button and the elevator starts to move, but stops and the lights cut off.

"Great!" Ava crossed, "why does this always happen to me? Every time one of you damn legends come around something bad happens to me."

Sara stuck her hands in her pocket and looked down at the floor. It couldn't always be her and teams fault when something bad happens to Agent Sharpe, but it did seem that way. She was captured by Roman's, a sabertooth tiger tried to eat her and now she was stuck in an elevator with Sara.

"I can call my team and maybe they can get us out of here," Sara suggests, Ava, ignored her and picked up the phone on the wall and called the main desk. After she got off the phone. She hung up and sat down.

"They said we're going to be here for an hour or so," Ava tells Sara.

"Great," Sara mumbled as she pulled out her phone. She was going to call her team and let them know what's going on but her phone had no service.

"Can I ask you something?" Ava asked as Sara put away her phone and sat down on the floor with Ava.

"I guess," Sara said.

"Do you ever regret not bring your sister back from the dead?"

"How did you know about that?"

"I read your file. It said you had the spear of destiny in your hand and you could have used it to bring Laurel back, but you didn't, why?"

"Because Laurel wouldn't want that. She died protecting the city she loves and if I brought her back all that would have been in vain."

Ava nodded, she understood where Sara was coming from because she lost someone close too. Sara has seen the ring on Ava's finger before but never asked her who he was. But Ava was about to tell her as she removes the ring from her finger.

"I know you've seen this before. We get nowhere to go, so if you want to ask now is as good as time any."

"Who was he?" Ava just laughs before putting the ring back on her finger.

"Actually was married to a woman. She was the love of my life."

"What happened?"

"She died because of me." Ava looked down at the floor. She feels the tears begin to fall and then she felt strong arms wrap around and hold her in a warm embrace.

Later when they got out of the elevator, Ava left without saying a word. Sara didn't care, all she wanted to do was get back to her team. She knew they were already going to freak out. But she would explain to them what was going on.
