"Darn.. it's so hot in here!
Well, it's summer time after all"
I went to look out my window.
"It's probably too hot to play football.. *sigh*"

*knock knock*

"Hm? Who's there?"
"Hi sweetie" said my mom "you've been in your room all day, is everything going well?"
I scratched my ear

"Yeah mom, everything's fine, it's just that the weather is really exhausting me" I sighed.

"Oh sweetie.. well, you can hang out with friends if you want to. What about your boyfriend Hakuryuu?"

"Hm.. well, I haven't really spoken to him lately.." I thought to myself.
"I might invite him over, is that okay okaasan (mom)?"
"Oh of course! But I do have some work to do.. and please drink a lot of water, it's really hot"
I laughed softly
"Yeah I will mom, arigatõ (thank you)"

My mom left the room without closing the door... *sigh* mothers..

"Ehh, okaasan (mom)??"

No respond..
"Okay, then I'll close the door myself"

I walked up to my door and closed it.

"I should give him a call" I thought to myself.

[Hakuryuu's POV]

*ring ring*

"Oh! Who could that be?"
*bleep*
"Hello? Hakaryuu speaking."

".. oh hi babe! How's everything?"

"Oh that's good to hear- y-yeah I'm fine don't worry"

"Yeah go on"

"Sounds great! I'll get my stuff and go to your place."

"What stuff, you're asking?..
*smirk* you'll find out soon enough.."
*hangs up*

"Whoohoo!"

I get my bag, put some stuff in it, and go downstairs.

"Hai dad, I'll be going to {your name}"
"Oh.. okay then. But don't get home too late"
"I won't dad, I promise.."

"Well.. off you go then. Have fun"
"Thanks dad!"

And I get outside

"Geez! It's even hotter here"

I hopped on my bike and went to her.

[Your POV]

"He could be here any minute!" I thought
"Hmm.. what's taking him so long.. oh well, I should wait for him"

"What did he mean with 'you'll find out soon enough' though?"
I have weird feelings about what will happen, could it be that-

*ding dong*

"Oh! He's heree!! I'll go mom!"
And I pull the door open.
My eyes and skile widen of joyness

"Hakuryuu!!"
"Babe!!"

We hug for a very long time.. so long that we don't know time anymore, ahh.

"Um.. babe?"

I open my eyes again and realise for how long we've been hugging, oopsies.
