There's a legend of a man that has no title, but is called many names. A creature of omnipotent abilities but a heart that lacks omnibenevolence. He was hatched inside the core of the earth, born from the magma womb, raised in shared custody. Stolen from his mother, Nature. His foster parents, God and Satan battled for millenniums over which path he will one day take. Some saw him as the light bringer; calling him the peacemaker. Others prophesied that he was the soul of doomsday. A human once saw his eyes and the piercing irises were burnt into the whole races memory as a shadow, a symbol that creeps in the darkest corner of all our brains. The man who saw his eyes stated that he saw two beings, calling them Yin & Yang. Before the age of homosapians there was the age of overlords. A time when Gods roomed the earth and of course there was war over territory, fierce bloodshed that reshaped lands, manipulated weather and collapsed dimensions. Greece Gods ruled the world, conquering most of the planet forcing Olympus laws on all almighty. God and Satan came to an agreement, they sent the man to battle with the Greece's, if he were to make peace he would take his seat with God and help his brother Jesus create a species that would claim earth as their own, if he conquered and demolished the Greece's he was to be taken in by Satan to rule earth. However the man had his own plans. No one will ever know what exactly happened in this tremendous war but legend states that the man rode into Athens, the heart of the Greece Gods upon a three headed horse with nothing but his magma sword that was born with him in the heart of the earth and the clothes on his back. The man had a knack for the theatricals so he stood in the middle of the colosseum surrounded by the Greece Gods levitating above him and he goaded them with insults and a lack of respect. Enraging the Gods, he showed that he had no intentions of peaceful negotiations.Even though the man was out number and fighting in unknown territory, he took down Athens in less than a day. Poseidon attacked first with a tsunami that swallowed whole cities but the man evaded and retaliated by causing and Ice age, freezing Poseidon at the bottom of the ocean. He stole Zeus thunder and entrapped him within the clouds, forcing him to watch as he slaughtered every Pegasus that ran free causing extinction to the breed. Then when faced against Hades, the man defeated him by stealing his immortality with this Hades became a prisoner of the place he once ruled. In the end he slayed medusa stealing her head and using his own power he amplified her ability and turned the remaining Gods into stone, impending them to live eternity as statues, dooming them to a life of watching humans worship then slowly forget about them forever. When he was done he sat in Zeus throne on top of mountain Olympus and with the abilities he collected he banishes all Gods from earth. His feet safely on the grass, he looked up and saw mount Olympus and all the other God highlands burn. As the Gods were now restricted to only existing in either heaven or hell, the man stole his father's blueprints and created humans as a final insult to his parents, their creations stolen from them and they will never be able to interact with their masterpieces. No one knows why the man did this, a few say it was to defy his controlling parents, others say he wanted them to understand that there power was an abstract concept, and some believe that he was giving the earth a rebirth. Creating a species that could one day get to the same level as the inhibitors before them. In hope that they would learn the lessons that the overlords did not. This man walks among us, so don't think of yourself as Gods or above others because if legend is to be believed. You will be punished.----If you enjoyed this short and want to see more of my work please support me https://www.patreon.com/Wolfsoontobeking
