Epiloge of Part 1

The whole time HW was reading you could hear her whisper so silently "This is all my fault". No one could hear this except for PB because she was right next to her reading the note in crude handwriting.

When HW finished reading the note along with PB, she dropped the note and let the leaves (that were her 'hair') drop infront of her face so that no one could see her facial expression. However  her leaves could only hide her facial expression, they couldn't hide the tears bursting from her eyes.

"HW I......We can get him back. I promise you that.Let's go ba-"(PB)

Suddenly Jake walks through the door.

"Hey BMO do we have any- Oh hey guys what are you doing here? Why is HW crying?"(Jake)

PB only spoke briefly and handed Jake the note written by Finn."Just read this."(PB)

"Wellllll, okay this better not be some elaborate lab experiment! hehehe."(Jake)

Jake's expression slowly went from joyful to saddened to depressed.

Dear Jake, BMO, and everyone else,

First off I just wanted to say that I'm sorry that I left so suddenly, but I think I need this time of solitude away from the rest of civilization to think things through. I need to grow up. It's time for me to start acting like the adult that I'm becoming.I'm almost seventeen  and I'm still acting like I'm 13 maybe 14 at best. This time I will not jump to conclusions and not be bothersome to other people. There is only one thing I can guarantee when I'm gone: I will return however I don't know when. 

Please do not try to track me down.

 Love, Finn.

Crushing the note with his bare hands, Jake throws the paper to the ground and rushes to his room and slams the door.

BMO went into some small hole to talk to a chicken about this matter and prompted closed his small door for privacy.

Time seemed to pass so slow for Huntress Wizard. Seconds seemed like minutes and minutes seemed like hours. Hours like days. It was like she was in a trance and wouldn't move until the one she loved would kiss her out of true love.

"Hey HW, it's getting late. Why don't you stay at the castle tonight. It's been a rough day for us all and I'm sure you're tired. C'mon let's go back."(PB)

Finally HW was broken out of her trance. Her facial expression could be seen and her face looked red all over from attempting to keep the tears in. Nevertheless she was glad to leave so she could at least try to keep Finn off her mind although it was a futile effort.Wood Nymphs cannot stop thinking about the person their in love with especially when they can't see them for an extended period of time.

As they reached the castle it would be rough for HW to sleep. She was running through the possibilities of what she could've said to change the current situation while Bonnie was trying to find a way to create another pure human from the DNA of Finn.

Hours passed along with days, and days became weeks, and weeks became months.

Through the time that Finn decided on leaving, the world couldn't stop nor could time.

Time marched on without restraint.

Through the months that passed, Ooo changed.

HW had decided to attempt to fill in Finn's position as the Hero of Ooo. She had changed her name from HW to Alex. At first it was difficult for the princesses to accept a female as their hero instead of the previous hero, but that was changed as Alex had saved the many princesses of Ooo multiple times over which would make even finn impressed. She was given the title of the greatest female warrior of Ooo(after Billy of course) after a few years of being the hero. She was less shy around strangers and rumor has it that Alex has a love interest because she disappears on the night of April 30th. The people of Ooo thought this was odd because she was professional with almost everything, but when she went into the forest it seemed like she was morning something or rather someone. 

Jake was devastated from the disappearance of Finn. He hadn't gone outside for at least a month and a half. BMO tried as hard as he could to get him outside to talk to Lady, but to no avail. Eventually Jake had come out of the treehouse but only because he ran out of supplies to make another everything burrito. He ran into PB and tried to get away before she could see him, but failed. PB forced Jake to tell her what was wrong. However, as Jake tried to explain to her that she already knew and bringing up finn she replied with "Who's finn?". This puzzed Jake. He left the candy kingdom and asked other princesses if they knew who he was but they gave the same answer. As a last resort, he asked HW(now alex) if she knew who Finn was. To his surprise, she said "I know who he is and what he has done, however it feels like there's a part of my memories that are gone or rather, shattered if that makes any sense." Although Jake was disappointed that she didn't remember their relationship, he was glad at least she remembered that he existed. Now, 4 years after Finn's departure, Alex had moved into the treehouse with jake to become adventuring buddies. However this relationship wouldn't be as deep as Finn and jake's relationship with each other.

Overall the Land of Ooo had forgotten the previous Hero of Ooo which makes one wonder: What happened to the other heroes? The only one people remember is Billy and he was the only Hero that's still alive. It makes one wonder: Is Finn still alive? 

[Author-san here! This isn't the end of this book. I decided on putting this book into parts. it will still be in this book though. I just wanted to organize this. Anyway. *Cracks knuckles* Who said I was dead?!? C'mere and I'll rip you a new one! I don't need any weapon to kick all of your asses!]
