The night passed. Gauri woke up early in the morning and was bathing. She got ready and applied sindoor. She promised to herself Gauri: Mai iss sindoor ki kasam lekar kehti hoon ki mai Omkara ji ko galat saabit karungi. I'll turn his hatred into love! Uske baad I don't care if he accepts me or abandons me. I'll show him the right way. Gauri was a little nervous because it was her second day on the house and she was supposed to prepare kheer for the entire family. She us walking aimlessly when she bumps into Anika. Anika: What happened Gauri? Kaha khoi hui hai? Gauri : ohh! Bhojai actually I'm very nervous. Aaj mera second day hai ghar mein aur mujhe sabhi ke liye kheer banani hai! Agar koi raita fail gaya toh? Anika : Kuch nahi hoga. Just keep your calm. Gauri enters the kitchen and is busy preparing the kheer. Meanwhile Omkara also freshens up and enters the kitchen. Omkara was trying to make his own breakfast. Gauri: Aap ke liye hum bana dete hai.... Omkara: no thanks. Mujhe tumhare help ki zaroorat nahi hai! Gauri is busy in simmering the milk. She walks behind Omkara to bring the rice for the kheer when she slips and falls in Omkara's arms. They share a moment.

Omkara stares at her beautiful eyes when he realises that the food is burning. He leaves hold of Gauri. Omkara: tumhari wajah se mera saara breakfast jal gaya! Jab se tum meri life mein aayi ho tab se problems create kar rahi ho. Omkara clenches Gauri's arms.

Gauri : Omkara ji leave me! Hume dard ho raha hai! Omkara lets go of Gauri. Gauri completed making kheer and kept it on the table. She served it in small bowls and covered it.
