"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?" You hear Fireworks shout from behind you, causing you to groan.

Before you could even turn around, he immediately tugs you by the collar of your jacket. "I told you to QUIT MESSING WITH ME!" He cries again in rage, "you were supposed to run, so I could beat your sorry ass!"

"You told me a lot of things today, but if you haven't realized: I haven't really been listening," you mutter, jerking away from his pull. "Besides, running really isn't my thing. I'm more of a 'ima-confront-this-bitch' type of person."

That comment makes a smirk appear on the blonde's face. "PERFECT. Close combat is next! You! Me! YOU'RE FUCKING DEAD."

"Good work, everyone. Now let's get the practice battle out of the way. We're going to split into groups of 3 to accommodate (Y/N)-san into it," Aizawa calls out as he walks to the side to give the students more room to spread around.

Chaos immediately erupts on the field as students pull on fellow students to form their 3 man team. Knowing you were probably going to be last pick, you wait patiently to the side for the last few pairs to find you. When almost all the groups were formed and gathered by Aizawa, you hear Kirishima calling out your name.

"Hey (Y/N)! Come join us!" The redhead waves his hand enthusiastically.

"You sure are outgoing. Aren't you scared of me?" You laugh, making your way towards the loud and excited hero.

"Not really. Besides, it's not a manly to leave a girl like yourself all alone."

You laugh again, "What a gentleman. So who's the third?"

"It's -"

"WE'RE NOT TEAMING UP WITH THIS BITCH!" A voice cries, "HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO DESTROY HER IF SHE'S ON MY TEAM!?"

Oh.
My god.

Turning around, you meet his dark glare of an overexerted demon, AKA Fireworks.

"I'M NOT PAIRING UP WITH HIM/HER!" You both scream at Kirishima, pointing harshly at one another.

The unison shocks Kirishima at first, but then he lets out a chuckle before linking both you and Bakugou's arm to either sides of his own. "You guys are so in-sync! Besides, it's too late, everyone else is already taken."

The both of you scowl at his observations, throwing silent eye daggers towards one another.

The three of you were sitting on the grass, criss-cross applesauce and were watching the ongoing battles. Kirishima and you had occasional small talk here and there, him telling you of the quirks of some of the other students. Fireworks decided long before the match started to sit as far away from the two of you as possible. You could see him let out restless sparks from his hands out of boredom.

"Next, Team Bakugou vs Team Mineta!" Aizawa calls out.

Yes, your team name was Team Bakugou.

Both you and Kirishima didn't bother trying to suggest another representative; The last thing y'all need is another heated argument within the group.

As you walk towards the battlefield, you come face to face with your designated opponents consisting of: Mineta, Kaminari, Sero.

The signal from Aizawa starts the battle. Your two teammates immediately charges towards the other team, both targeting whoever they could get to first. Before you knew it, you were left to deal with the quivering shorty of the group.
