Steph POV
After GTlive Matthew goes in the recording closet to finish recording the next episode of film theory. I decided to go sit on the couch and watch a video on the GTlive archive channel. I scrolled threw the videos and pick a random one to watch. After about ten minutes I look into the comment section and see all of the good comments which fell very nice. Then I see a comment and just start to cry.
"Stephiane is so ugly and annoying."
"Who is that person sitting next to mat, I wish she would leave."
"Yeah, she doesn't need to be on the stream."
At this point I'm crying so hard I don't even care. " they're right why I'm I on the stream, I-I don't deserve it."
"Steph are you ok?" I hear a familiar voice from behind me.
Matt POV
I finally finished recording and I walk down stairs get ready to go get dinner. Just as I was going to say something I hear someone crying. Steph! I look at her from the stairs and see that she crying. I walk quietly behind her as to not frighten her because she is already upset, but over what? As I walk closer to her she says something and I can't make it out.
"Steph are you ok?" I ask in a gentle voice to not scare her. She turns around and I see her eyes are red and puffy from crying.
"Steph, honey, what's wrong."
"Nothing, I-I"
"Steph come on what happened?" I ask it's not like her to be this way. Did someone or something hurt her?
"I-I was looking in the comment section of the GTlive channel on one of our live streams and" she cuts herself off tearing up again. I sit down next to her and hold her close as she put her head on my chest.
"It's ok, Steph was there something else?"
"Well when I looked at some of the comment they were wonderful and the comments filled with hate, saying I was ugly, annoying and asking me to leave and I-I couldn't take it." She starts to cry even more as I rub her back, and rock her back and forth. I always knew there was going to be hate on me being a youtuber, but my wife that was just unexplainable. Steph was the most beautiful women I knew. I felt the angry build up inside me.
"Matthew, I'm I annoying."
"No Steph, you are the most kind, beautiful, smart, and funny person I know that's why I asked you to marry me."
"Do you want to cuddle for the rest of the evening and watch a movie and I'll order food."
"Can we watch Pride and Prejudice?"
"Of course Steph." I kiss her on the forehead and turn on the movie. We order pizza and sit and cuddle. About halfway through the movie Steph falls asleep on my chest. I carry her upstairs without waking her. I put her in our bed and she opens her eyes.
"Go to sleep, honey it's late."
"I love you Matthew."
"I love you too Steph and I will always love you."
