We all know school is dreadful, boring, and hard, but we all want to get good grades. Sometimes it's super difficult to have healthy balance between your academic and social life, but to ensure your future, it's important to have both. Teenagers are expected so much of, to get enough sleep, eat healthily, and socialize regularly, all while keeping up with TONS of homework. So here are some simple tips that will help. ⭐️
- take notes, then rewrite them later
- don't be afraid to ask teachers for help, often they will appreciate your effort
- once a week eat lunch alone and study
- start on assignments asap
- email your teachers when you miss class
- find motivation (new shirt, college education)
- reward yourself
- attempt a positive attitude
- use a planner (even if it's from the dollar store)
- eat healthy while studying
- don't cram
