Guidebook for the CreepyPasta Watty Awards!

Hello to all you fantastic authors and voters and readers! This is the host for the CreepyPasta Watty Awards. This is XxsilverlollipopXD, the new host of the awards.

This is literally what it says it is; it's a guidebook to help you understand the odds and ends of the awards. Now, I am not the original owner of this awards page. The original owner, who goes by XxbluecupcakexX, gave me the page and I've been working on it for a long time now. Most of you have only seen the page working under me. Well, now I have a computer I plan on sitting down and seriously editing this page. I am not a fan of how things work and I plan on changing it.

Expect new changes soon. I won't be doing any major changes but things will work a lot more efficiently. At least I hope so.
