the two began to delve into conversation about anything and everything. 'so newt, are you free anytime soon because i think catching up would be 100x better in person. if that's ok of cours-' 'I'D LOVE TO TOMMY!!' newt shouted, quickly calming himself down once he thought through the fact that it was 12:47am. 'i'm free next week, that's when summer break is, and tomorrow' the thought of meeting newt tomorrow struck thomas with huge amounts of happiness. 'i'm free tomorrow aswell, what would you like to do?' thomas hoped newt would suggest going to either boys house due to wanting to be alone. 'we could get some food and come back to mine if you'd like' newt suggested this and thomas immediately grinned hugely, filled with excitement. 'okay, sounds great!'

the time was 3:22. newt decided it was best to sleep because they'd be meeting later that day. 'hey tommy, i'm gonna go to bed now. but before i go, what time are we meeting?' this question removed thomas from his daydream 'is 1:30 ok?' he asked, half asleep. 'that's fine, see you later' 'adios'

newt pressed the red button, ending the call. through the rest of the night, thomas lay awake, beginning to realise how much he loved newt.
