"Wow, you sure?" Was the only thing I heard Chyna say as she looked at my credit card. I nodded my head with no second thoughts. Of course she looked at me once more before going into Forever 21 while I waited out. I refused to go with her because I knew if I were to go see what she picked out for me, I'll regret it.
I sat at the lounging area, while I waited for her. The magazines that they placed on the center table looked interestingly boring and the red chairs that made up the lounge was getting accompanied. Feeling the urge to just do something, i pulled out my phone right when it began to ring.
"Hello," I said unenthusiastic.
"...Well hello my child, nice to know you missed me while I was away."
I smiled and raked my fingers through the bird's nest that I called a bun, "Sorry, I'm just so tired. How you been?"
She laughed ," Good, but Chyna must be dragging you through the mall."
I couldn't help but join in on the laughter. It usually was Chyna dragging me through the mall to spend on all kinds of things that were so unnecessary, but look at me.
"Well no, it's me this time."
I could tell my mother was confused. Shopping and me, was like getting a cat to take a bath. Or a boy trying to be faithful. Better yet, Blac Chyna to stop fucking off with anybody's son. It was hard and less likely, and the only way I would agree to come was if you were buying me food.
"Oh wow, well what did you get," She asked in a still shocked tone.
I shrugged, "Well Chyna's picking it out. You know I don't do the whole girly outfit thing. So cross fingers on this, that I'll like it ."
" Yes let's hope," She laughed, "Well it's nice knowing you're alive and well...Even though I don't know what's going on for you to be wearing your hair down and get girly clothes, but I just hope it's not about—"
I interrupted her with a long sigh, "Mom please drop it."
"Well I'm just saying," She started which annoyed me when she started to talk about things that I've gotten over.
I looked off to my right towards Forever 21, where I seen Chyna walking out and I found that as my way to end my mother's phone call, "Yeah well, I'll talk to you later. Bye mother, love you."
" I love you too, see you later." She said before I hung up.
I shook my head as I stood from the lounging chair and met Chyna halfway. She carried 3 bags and handed me my card as well as the bags. I tried to peak inside but closed it.
"Just wait," She said with a smile.
"Fine, well... can we go get some food now?" I pouted like a little kid only for Chyna to laugh and nod, looping her arms with mine as we walked.
" Um, no."
Chyna shook her head in defeat, "Znuie it isn't that bad."I just looked at her as if she were crazy. It was 8 something and she wanted to go to this kickback, which I'm fine with but she lost me at makeup. I'm already wearing this tank top that's showing my cleavage with some distressed jeans, and sandals. Sandals! You know I've never worn polish since I was 10... and I'm 18.
"Nu, seriously. I'm just cleaning your brows up and putting mascara on your eyelashes."
I clicked my tongue before folding my arms, "Fine." Chyna cheered and immediately started on my eyebrows before I changed my mind.
After a good few minutes of her putting some liquid on my eyelid, I knew she was up to no good but I waited until she was finished. Chyna backed up and admired her work, "Okay you can go see how you look."
