Part 18

Amber's POV

Today is the most embarrassing day of my life! It's because I embarrassed myself in front of Jinyoung Sunbae. Not only one time but four times.

First it was when I was getting punished. After that in the cafeteria. Me and Nora were late for lunch because we were stuck in some work.
I was so hungry that I left Nora to find a place to eat while I went to get the food.

As it was already late, I jogged towards the canteen when I happened to step on a banana peel on the floor.

A loud noise was then heard which grabbed everyone's attention. I was so embarrassed that I couldn't even stand up. For a few seconds I sat there not daring to look up until a pair of hands helped me to do so.

I thought Nora had helped me but it turned out to be Jinyoung Sunbae. My whole face turned red. Panicking I ran out of the cafeteria without even thanking him.

Then again later at home time it was raining and I forgot to bring my umbrella. Nora suggested to share hers but I refused as she would be late for her piano class.

I stood under the shade waiting everyone to go. After everything was clear I pulled out my blazer and ran towards my house. I stopped running and slowly walked with a wet blazer on top of my head while a car went pass me splashing the muddy water all over my uniform.

Before I could shout at it, the car was already gone. I looked down at my uniform and I got so angry at the car for my uniform was ruined.
I looked like a girl who had just fought on the mud.

While I was busy cursing the driver, I felt someone's gaze. I looked around and caught the eye of Jinyoung Sunbae.

My whole body froze when I saw him. He came towards me and asked if I was alright. I nodded not being able to talk anything. I almost flipped when he slightly smiled.

Then he gave me his umbrella and patted my head lightly saying to take care of myself. I bowed mumbling thankyou and walked faster; away from him.

Then again later at home I was just laying on my bed about to take nap before my mother came inside my room and asked me to buy some groceries. I went to the nearest store and bought all the things.

Before going back home, I had the urge to eat sour candies. So I went to the store again and only one packet was left which happened to be my favorite.

I quickly grabbed but was stopped when another hand grabbed it too. I pulled it but he pulled it too.

I couldn't take it so I gritted my teeth and said, "listen I saw this candy first so this is mi-.." I immediately stopped as I got to know whose hand it was.

Again it was none other than Jinyoung Sunbae. "Sunbae." I whispered and I think he recognized me too as he immediately told me to take it. I slowly took the packet and walked away thanking him. What if he thinks I argue with anyone?

Now I'm here inside my room laying on my bed thinking about the whole day. I got to see Jinyoung Sunbae four times.

I continued thinking about him until Mr. Sunbae crossed my mind, I wonder what he is doing now?

I checked my phone and it showed that he wasn't online. I don't know why but I kind of enjoy chatting with him even if I don't know him and even if he likes me.

"Ah ~ Amber what have you got yourself into? What if you start liking both Jinyoung and Mr. Sunbae?" I asked myself as I buried my head into the pillow.

But what if I like both of them already?
