Rebel Radio P. O. V.

"What is up everybodyyyy!?"

"And Welcome everybody to my broadcast, where we talk about things that nobody else will!"
"And so today were gonna talk about a more of an emotional topic... Family."
"We all have them, and we all hate to love them, shit... I know that I do."
"But today we're gonna do something different, today isn't gonna be just about me and my family, but about my viewers, and the people's families...."
and just to break the ice, I'll go first with a little summary of my family history."

"I grew up in a small loft in New York City, with my Dad Oscar Fisher and my two adoptive younger sister's Tabitha and Royal Fisher, after a year of my parents divorce."
"My Mom Lisa Fisher, cams out to my Dad when I was thirteen years old, and a year after my parent's got a dub and my Dad gained custody over me, until I was eighteen."

"But when I turned sixteen my Dad meet these two Haitian girls, selling girl scout cookies in front of our building and my Dad felt bad for them because they had no family and they were really young, so he adopted them."
"Tabby was only thirteen when I found her, and Royal was only eleven."
"We we're close ever since, aside from my Dad of course, but you guy's know why already."

"Okay enough about me, it's time for you guy's my viewers, my fans, my people, to come on air and just talk to us on a real level about our topic today."

"Hi."

"Hello I'm Damien, and you are?"

"Oh, I'm Mackenzie Grant."

"Well, welcome to Rebel Radio Mackenzie!"

"Thank you." ( She says while chuckling nervously. )

"Your welcome."

"So why don't you tell us, a little bit about yourself Mackenzie?"

"Yeah okay, hi everyone I'm Mackenzie, I'm sixteen years old and I live in Western Virgin, with my older brother Darryl."

"Cool, so your a southern country girl?"

"Yeah,  that's right!" ( She says with more confidence in her voice. )

"Alright, so do you have any parents?"

"No, not really."

"They died a long time ago in a plane crash with my grandma, so now it's just me, my older brother Darryl, and my Aunt Jenna."

"Wow, I'm so sorry to hear that kid."

"How are you holding up?"

"Okay I guess, I mean my brother finally stopped drinking and smoking weed, he's actually getting help now."

"Oh, that's great Mackenzie I'm happy for you guys... but you still didn't answer my question...
how are you doing, honestly?"

( She sighs onto the microphone, hesitating for a moment. )

"Losing them wasn't easy for any of us in the family, but we're hanging in there, and we're doing what we can to survive..."

"I honestly could be better but I'm not, so thanks for asking."

( She says with sarcasm in her voice. )

"I lost my grandma to a while ago, she died right in front of me, she had a heart attack on her six five birthday party..."

"It was pretty traumatizing, but I got through it, because I wasn't really alone at that moment, neither of us were."

"This moment is always going to be with you, but so are the people that were there for you at a time like this, you hear me Mackenzie?"

"Ye... yeah." ( She says all clustered, trying to hide the fact that she's crying. )

"Good."

"Well, thanks for talking to us on Rebel Radio Mackenzie, and I hope that this little experience helped you out a bit?"

"Yeah, yeah it did thanks Damien."

"No problem little one."

"Alright well this radio station is brought to you guys by me...
Damien Fisher."
