Emily wakes up to the sound of cars in her driveway. She checked her bedroom window and saw that there was aunt naomi's car with a police car.
Emily walked outside on her pajamas, to the porch and waited for them to get out. The cop and her aunt walked out and looked sad at her.
"Are you Emily Haines," the cop asked. She nodded, "Well your parents, while they were driving home someing happened." The cop paused, "they died in a terrible car crash, but your cat made it out alive." The cop said.
Emily started crying her eyes out. "Whh-wh-whyy," Emily screamed. Her aunt rubbed her back slowly. its ok honey," her aunt said. "Where is darby?" Emily said. "At the vet, she was hurt and has an in fection." The cop said slowly.
