Background: 

Jungkook is the youngest brother and he was probably the fastest one to get adopted. He was adopted at the age of 4 and he doesn't really remember much from the orphanage. Jungkook's mother was a prostitute and his father was a drug lord. He was taken away from his parents by the government after they were discovered and arrested. Jungkook has been allowed to pay small visits to his mother but definitely not his father. He wasn't mentally stable. He and his mother would sit for maybe an hour to three and discuss how he has been and how he focuses in school well. Jungkook's brothers have met his mother and she is a decent woman who has changed grandly. The only reason she couldn't take Jungkook back and raise him was because the government and child protective services believed he'd be much more comfortable and safe if he lived with Bang Si Hyuk. Years passed, and Jungkook had graduated from school with decent grades. The only trouble he had in his scholarly life was learning English (which he got a 30% on his exam). Jungkook was very shy along strangers and people he rarely spoke to, which made a habit for him to hide behind his brothers when meeting someone new. The people he trusted most out of his brothers were Jimin and Namjoon. Jimin was practically Jungkook's mother. He always made sure the youngest was happy and cared for him when he was in his toughest moments. Jungkook trusted Namjoon because he was probably the most serious out them all. He also found it easy to red people's emotions and he always knew when the youngest was in deep thought or going through a hard time. Jungkook has always been a very private person.

Life Now: 

Jungkook spends most of his days reading comics, watching anime, playing Overwatch, taking photographs, and hanging out with Taehyung. He also models for his dad's company and h actually enjoys it. When Jungkook isn't doing any of the activities stated above, you can find him singing in his room or following around his elder brothers and teasing them for everything they do. Not only that, Jungkook happens to be a muscle pig. Meaning that he will take any chance possible to work out and keep his body in check.

His Interaction With You: 

Jungkook is definitely the type to tease you till you cry. It's not that he wants to bully you, he just really likes to see you blush so much it'll start causing tears to form. He finds it funny when you scold him for being touchy with you playfully or telling you something perverted. Now, don't misinterpret it. Jungkook is definitely not perverted and he dislikes dirty talk. But it's when he has an effect on people that it's outrageously hilarious. You will also feel him staring at you for a while before you turn to his direction and tell him to snap out of it. But little did you know, that only encourages him more, seeing as you noticed him in the first place.
